Hi I'm enquiring about an update on my order I have not received any further emails after paying and no tracking number provided
Order number KBKHFHAEA. This IS my First order and I suppose the last one.
I have placed an order on 20/08/2025 (order number ZMPBAOZVV) and my credit card has been charged. The product was supposed to be delivered between the 27/08 and the 29/08, but I still haven't received anything. There is no tracking number avalaible on the order history so I don't even konw if the product has been shipped or not. I have tried to contact the customer serivce by email but I have no response as of yet.
Moreover, I receive automatic order completion reminder emails everyday, even though the order has already been paid.
It was my first order on this website and it will be the last. I don't recommend this website.

I ordered some products from this website, paying by credit card since PayPal wasn't available as a payment option. I began to have some suspicions when I kept receiving automatic order completion reminder emails, even though the order had already been paid. I've written several times to request an explanation, but have received no response. I'm therefore forced to file a dispute with my credit card company.
I have ordered on 16.08.2025, and they accepted my payment. It is said, that the Product will arrive between today and 27.08.2025, however no tracking number was given to me. I tried to contact customer service via E-mail and phone, I even made a ticket (on 22.8.2025; they claim to answer within 72 hours and to be fair, they it was a friday, so maybe they will answer tomorrow).
The only response was via WhatsApp, where they told me to contact another number. I did but the number did not exist.
Maybe the product will arrive, I will keep you updated, however, I would not trust this website for now.
Update:
Product arrived today. I didn’t liked that it took so long to receive the tracking number and didn’t get any E-mail answer, but at the end it worked out well. I think it is safe to order from this website.

I am writing to request a refund of €77.54 that I paid for order no. DDRDFQSEC, placed on 06/08/2025.
You confirmed that the payment was accepted, but you failed to ship the goods by 18/08/2025 as you had promised. Furthermore, I have not received any reply to the three emails I sent asking for clarification regarding the delay.
I find this lack of communication and failure to fulfill your commitment unacceptable and unprofessional. I have already sent you three emails, the last on 23 august 2025, yet you have deliberately ignored every one of them. I demand the immediate refund of €77.54, which you have already received, as you failed to ship the goods I ordered (Order No. DDRDFQSEC dated 06/08/2025). "Today I saw on your website that you have canceled the order, but you have not yet refunded the amount of €77.56 that I paid by credit card." "I kindly request your prompt reply regarding my request. Thank you."
Good price, perfume seems OK. Not so good:delivery very slow, few reliable infos about delivery, instead daily mails reminding me I have something in my basket ( I have not) and the link to unsubscribe mails doesn’t work.
