Haute is the best online store

I think Haute is the best online store because they give the best deals on their products, excellent customer service, added discounts, trustworthy, and quality products. I'm stocked up right now and once my supply depletes I'll continue shopping with Haute. I strongly recommend Haute.

feeling Wronged!

I have twice now ordered capsules from Haute and each time they have leaked. I believe the issue is with the vaccum packaging. Each time all they offered was credit which is alright except there is a problem with it. I tried to use the first credit but found out you need to purchase at least $75 to use any credits. I also found out that you can not use credits with any other offers like their site wide sale. The second credit they gave me won't even cover the cost to replace. The sarcastic reponse I received from support was that I only lost part of the oil in the capsules. I can't help wonder if their quality control is just as lousy as their customer service as they can't seem to back their product or services. I know I have ask questions in the past with no response from customer service. Final note, you can have great prices but if your quality, customer service and poor practices continue the business will suffer. So for future customers take caution.
