screw hansshow, nothing but scammers, worst customer service ever. Bought a carbon fiber spoiler from them for my Y and it cracked during shipping. Some chinese guy from Hansshow calls my number and sounds aggravated as hell, as if it was MY fault I wanted a refund for a broken product. I was willing to ship it back to them too. No idea what his title was with Hannshow but he gave me attitude for no reason, maybe because I called them out on their bad reviews online everywhere. BUYER BEWARE!

Bought 2 products from them. Received in a reasonable time but unfortunately one item had a defective cable and the other had an incorrect cable. Replacements were sent eventually. Communication was timely (responses within 24 hours) but not very good. Directions were not clear and in one case not accurate.

Just a dropshipper from China with terrible service & support. Super long delivery despite what their website says. Products ship from China - not from California, nor from FedEx.

Worst customer service. Bought a lightbar that is malfunctioning (turn signals blink opposite of the car’s tail light turn signals). I’ve called, texted, tried their 24hr chat support for 2 days now - ZERO response. SCAMMED?’

Company has terrible customer support and no product support pages. I would not buy anything electronic for a Tesla from them as Tesla update soften change CANBUS codes but Hansshow will not provide you the firmware updates for the units and therefore it will quickly end up useless.

Might as well buy for cheaper direct from Aliexpress / Temu as you'll get no support or extra protection from Hansshow.

This company is a scam! Beware, it's actually a Chinese drop shipping company, charging you for much more, for a cheaper (low quality) product that will be drop-shipped to you from Aliexpress or Temu.

Ordered some accessories for my Tesla model 3, trying to support small business other than Amazon, but got totally scammed by them. When trying to return the product right away after receiving it, without using anything, that's what they replied: "If you need to return the product, you will have to bear the shipping fee and 25% restocking fee."

They also changed their website name, to try staying under the radar. Their new name is "hautopart.com" but same company though.

Placed an order over 2 months ago. Has to ask for an update 3 times before they reply just to tell me it's out of stock for improvements. (Was and still shows in stock btw) I have been trying to cancel and get a refund for over a month now with no success. Had my eye on a few other items to buy but not now.

Bad Product. And no contact when i did send a claim. They also goes under Hansshow. Do purchase anything here

complete garabage product, no support, under warranty and treated like garbage...constantly froze, screen seperating from base, was told to glue it, no warranty, told to rip off completely to prove it. no warranty

Long process to sent order.
Even after 10 work days they havent sent my order.

Item did arrive completely non functional. Wrong color also. Could not return. Do not respond at all.

Poor communication. They have no control if you paid or not, and they dont ship before you pay. meaning the part ordered in April has yet not arrived in late July.
you have to manualy send them proof of payment, and dont expect a response with the first 2-3 mails.
If you enjoy receiving stuff you order online, stay away from Hannshow and buy the exact same stuff on other sites

Poor communication. Constant lies. Had to escalate to paypal to even get them to act and send my items. They delete bad reviews to hide their poor budiness ethics. If you really want Hansshow parts buy them from 3rd party sellers like Amazon instead
