I have purchased 4 Rat Zappers over the past few years. They work for one or two times and then they just fail. Attempts to contact customer support result in gaslighting where they tell me the zapper still works. After they kill a rat or two they become rat feeders and no longer work. I've seen many reviews on amazon that basically back me up on this.
