Support in stores not great
I bought shoes in one of their stores and they did not fit so I wanted to bring them back to the store (especially before going into lockdown!). Unfortunately, the staff inside the store was very reluctant in accepting the shoes, because they said they were worn (even though they were not). So I had to leave with the shoes. However, I was able to solve my problem by communicating with the support (really friendly support!). Would I buy shoes there again? Probably only when I am 100% sure and they fit like they are sewn to me.
