I've been on the phone for half an hour. Still waiting for a reply 😔 I booked a taxi for my sister, who lives five mins away, she needed to get home for dialysis, I gave my address, clearly, waited 15 mins, was told they'd got the address wrong 😡 I clearly told them that they had to drive to the end of the close to turn round, to wait, before turning round, to pick up my sister. When the driver arrived , he was waiting half way up the close, I had to get his attention to reverse back & he told me he was doing me favour, picking up my sister because he had to drive a long way for the fare & it really wasn't worth it to him. It was really upsetting because my sister had to get home for medical reasons & she had to listen to me arguing with the taxi driver who want really bothered. He even said he wasn't going to take her home until I relented & backed down & sweet talked him because it was so vital she got home. I'd never use this taxi firm again 😔

Not even worth a 1 star review. Left me stranded, saying they dont go that far (3.5 miles) from southbourne to funtington, why did it allow me to book on line? So i missed a meeting this morning, i will never bother with this company again. Uber next time!

Booked this firm online and was quoted £12-14 for local trip (3.5 miles, 9 minute trip). On the day, had a phone call from company saying that no driver would take this on for £14 so if we wanted a taxi, the fare would be £30. They said this was because, when the driver dropped the fare, they would have to travel to Chichester (another 7 miles or about 13 minutes) to come back We had no choice but to pay it.
So, be careful when using this firm as the price that you are quoted on THEIR website is necessary what they will make you pay!

Whilst your reply is factually correct, your estimate of £12-£14 should not appear on YOUR website. This was booked the day before as we had so much else to think about on the day our daughter got married so to try and justify that you gave us 10 hours to cancel you and find another firm is wholly wrong & inappropriate. Perhaps your website should make sure that anyone booking this hotel is make aware that the price will be over double what you quote!

FURTHER TO THE ABOVE - when I booked a taxi from this firm, I had to put in my credit card details and authorise a zero payment so they could take the payment later which I did.
Today, 1st August, my credit card company messaged me regarding 2 transactions that they believed were fraudulent. On speaking to them, I learnt that the 2 transactions were indeed fraudulent and that the 2 frauds were attempted from the same IP address that this taxi firm used to take their fare from my credit card.
Whilst I will not accuse the company of any wrongdoing until this has been investigated by the police, I will report on the facts that I have been told by my credit card company so that other customers can be made aware of what happened to me and the use of my credit card.
