I ordered GPS Trackers for my dogs. Product not as described, cheap item from China, knock off iTag, not GPS, which is what I needed. Awful AI customer responses.. never dealt with the same person twice… and had to restart a complaint thread many times because as soon as they replied they considered the case to be closed.
Ordered tags again from a completely different named company and product also substandard. After investigation, discovered both companies share same customer service email and AI bots. (asistanta.com) Both denied being affiliated with the other. Basically I got scammed twice!

Scammers. I ordered a tracking device. I didn’t receive it. Impossible to contact company.

We ordered a dog tracker thinking it was a company based in Lyon as the delivery was promised within 24/48 hrs. In fact, the product was a substandard product coming from China and took 2 weeks. It was not as described and therefore we needed to return it. This meant paying for a signature postage to China and passing documents through customs - all far exceeding the amount paid for the product. This company is to be avoided at all costs as it is not genuine and simply ordering cheap imitations from China and selling for twice the price.
