Waiting for my refund on a returned mattress.
I bought because this looked like a conscientious, Canadian company. Customer service is inconsistent - the best service so far is from their very well tuned AI answering service.
The mattress I ordered is supposed to be organic, nontoxic, and firm - it feels like cheap foam and squishes down like a marshmallow. $600 for a twin.
The return process so far has been challenging.
If you do a 'free' trial with them, make sure you keep the plastic cover or else they will try to charge you for a new one - The rep I spoke to said they will include it this time, but the company picking up said nope... waiting to hear back.
Also, they try to compel you to keep the mattress, saying first, it would go to a landfill if I did not keep, and then, once they said they do have a donation partner, that without the plastic wrap I could keep the bed (and not get my money back).
Will update my review accordingly after the mattress is picked up and when I get my refund.
