Had an awful experience, last year my salon machine stopped working to which I had to organise a return, after ages waiting they sent back a replacement to which was also faulty, gave up contacting them after that as the first time took so much time and effort
Awful experience, first they send me a Salin Machine that didn't work. Then I had to arrange for my elderly parents to collect the faulty Machine so that it could be collected by DPD at their house as I would be at work. I was told by the lady that they couldn't give me a time that DPD would collect the faulty Machine and would keep charging for deliveries.
Burke pharmacy then accidentally refunded me for the faulty machine as they weren't aware a replacement machine was sent. I wasn't aware as it was refunded to my paypal!!Then I had to put up with them ringing me looking for the money back whilst I was at work teaching and testing children!! Like their mistake was my fault!!
I will never deal with this pharmacy EVER again!!

I purchased an item "Salin Plus salt air purifier" online which was on special offer at €120 from Burkes - when I checked the whole country it was certainly the best value as the most common price seemed to be 160€ . I was so thrilled to find it at this very reduced price.
I ordered at the weekend and it arrived on Monday.
