We inherited a Haven Security Alarm when we moved 13 years ago and have it serviced regularly. For the past 8 years, the service has been carried out by Greg who is an excellent ambassador for the company - as is each of the office staff we've had contact with. The only mishap we've had was when we went out and left a birthday balloon in a room with a fanlight open - the breeze moved the balloon and the alarm functioned perfectly!
Wow what a great service, alarm went off in the night, hoped it was false alarm, but panel was dead also it was hot so pulled fuse and it shut up after a while, Phoned this morning, Haven sent Greg straight round, he quickly found the fault, popped and got part and less than two hours from that first call and we are all fixed, health checked and all up and running again, great service and all at a very fair price, thank you again Haven Security and of course not forgetting Greg.
