I wrote the head of Customerservice (Tyler) and it seems that they do not carefully read your emails and just waste your time.

The website is just full of techical bugs, its horrible. Here a summary (everyone can try out for themeselves)
1) Currency conversion inconsistencies
When priced in USD, a Haven Tent (with True Level Insulated R5.3 and Realtree Timber® camo) is listed at 410 USD (approx. 357.91 EUR). However, when switching to EUR, the same configuration is priced at 475.95 EUR — a difference of over 118 EUR for the exact same item.

2) Bundle selection issues
When the currency is set to EUR, I am unable to select the “Ultimate Bundle,” and only the “Work Bundle” appears as an option. Additionally, bundle prices are still displayed in USD, and when added to the cart, the price converts inconsistently (e.g., from 85 USD to 98.95 EUR).

3) Discount code limitation
I previously had a 10% discount code but due to technical errors it could not be used.

4) Checkout & payment limitations
At checkout, when selecting China as the shipping destination, the currency automatically switches to RMB and the PayPal payment option is no longer available. As a foreigner using Paypal its a nightmare

Unable to get in contact with support.
I have tried multiple ways but their webpage seems to be very misleading when it comes to support.

Beware of their offers, they are a scam.
I give it one star because there isn’t an option for 0. I had their tent in my basket for a few days at 335€, while I was mulling over buying it or not. Then Black Friday comes, and they offer a 15% discount. I tell myself this may be a good opportunity. But surprise surprise, the price on my cart jumps to 405, even though the price on the website is still 335! I reach out to their customer service, and Diesel Knight politely tells me that it is because of duties. A clear lie, since their products in Europe are shipped from Slovakia, and there are no duties within the EU.
My recommendation, stay away from them. Even if their product may be good, I wouldn’t trust they would act honestly in case of problems

Recently bought the haven tent hammock.
Overall i find it as a good product.
I had a good sleep and were able to lie flat, lie on my side and even stomach. The part about having your backpack in the tent works well also.
There are however details that work less then well.
When inflating the sleeping pad the bag that comes with to inflate it is useless. After 15min i wasnt even half way done, it took me 30 sec to inflate it with my mouth instead.
The straps to hang the hammock Arent ideal, i would recommend a whoopie sling or some way to tighten the cord so it dosen't sag or slags down during sleep.

This company may have indeed a good product
However as a UK customer, for me difficulties....
My order did NOT arrive UK as indicated but finished elsewhere CZECH REPUBLIC...lost no tracking results UK
OK so l got a refund......just a waste of TIME really....
You have to wait (and save)..for something such as this
a special product with good reviews.....
Am very cautious myself over any Internet purchases
