Not even going to get into the multiple refunds they’ve dodged — that’s a whole different story.
It honestly feels like they have a bot replying to emails under a fake “support agent” name, because there’s no way a real person could consistently ignore what I actually write. I’ve asked them several times to transfer a purchase from a secondary account to another one, yet they keep replying with some nonsense about “not finding any gift codes in my account.”
I’ve never mentioned gift codes, and I made that perfectly clear — repeatedly. I even provided every single detail they could possibly need, but they just keep sending the same useless automated response.
Do not buy anything on this site; things aren't working, and they won't do a refund. They told me to follow the instructions on Discord, but all the users in there told me the same thing: don't buy it because it don't work.
