The shipping took weeks and didn’t arrive in time to give the shirt for Christmas. The fabric was not as expected…thin and slinky.

Great shirt, exactly as shown online.
My son asked for this specific shirt for Christmas. I found it, ordering was easy, communication was timely. I called only when it was getting close to Christmas, was told it had shipped with a 4 day window and received it in 3!

Awesome product and service
Got some swim shorts for a family member and he absolutely loved them. Also, their customer service is great. They have a texting option where I was able to ask questions about delivery and get any updates I needed for the holidays.

Horrible Experience
I placed an order on November 14th 2023, it is December 15th, I have not received my order yet. The tracking states that it is currently in Chicago, and I am in Hawaii and it has been in transit for 24 days. I don't care how far the state is from the shipping station, this is unacceptable. Even if I wanted it for the day of Christmas, I am sure it will not arrive on time. I wanted it for a event on 1 December, had I known it would take this long, I would have NEVER wasted my money. When I emailed them, they said I am unable to return unless it is defective. I want a refund! It was for an event that does NOT occur every year, so I will not be wearing the outfit any other time. It is extremely rude and unfair to know that your shipping takes over 30 days, then you have the nerve to say we can't return the item! How about you just state that you do NOT ship to Hawaii, that would save a lot of backlash from that area of consumers. Fix your shipping process, buy another in State warehouse, or only ship to your local area. No one likes to waste their money or wait months for an item that they purchased. This is nothing but irresponsible and a clear indication that all this company cares about is putting money in their pockets! They care NOTHING about their consumer base or their reputation.

This was the perfect shirt for my event! And this will actually be my standard Christmas Eve outfit now moving forward. Even though this shirt was only available in large, I was able to wear it as a cardigan over my shirt and it fit perfectly

Buyer Beware
We purchased men's rompers for a work event, the customization process was really great and we loved the look of our product, unfortunately the sizing was WAY OFF - these run extremely small and short and we had to get them modified by a seamstress so they could be worn. They did give us a small refund to offset the cost of modification, but feel it should have been more substantial.

Shirt was lightweight and soft but sizing chart is not accurate. Ordered a men's medium and was more like an extra small so he has to wear it open. Order 2 sizes larger than you wear.

I ordered a men’s medium outfit (for Halloween) and tried to return within 24 hrs of receiving as I changed my mind and husband doesn’t like and they don’t do returns for certain items, ultimately they offered me 50% back. Read the return policy on individual items. Concerning!
