My partner went to the store to purchase a suit for a wedding oversea’s. Nitish, served him and offered a good selection of colours within the linen range. Extremely helpful, provided advice on colours that he would not have considered. He was not pushy, very professional and understood the event. They provided excellent in store alteration. In addition to a suit, purchased Chino’s and he will be back to update my wardrobe.

After looking for wedding suits for myself and 3 groomsmen I came across Hawes and Curtis in Leeds. I'd looked at made to measure, off the peg standard and off the peg designer - all of which had cost/quality implications. Anyway, the team at Leeds really looked after myself and my son, the best man and we chose a suit - three piece for me and three matching 2 piece suits. Patrick in the shop guessed the sizes for the other two groomsmen based on photos that I showed him with the promise that if they were wrong they could be swapped. Trouser length alterations were included and any adjustments to the suits could also be made at additional cost. On the fitting day, we were dealt with very quickly and effciciently and nothing was too much trouble. Despite the store being busy on a Saturday morning, Patrick made sure we were happy with everything. Overall delighted with the service, quality and value of the suits. Thanks.

Quality products and online service however there is a bit of a challenge on shirts sizes the Formal and casual.

I bought two suits in the store in Leeds the customer service was brilliant, the gentlemen working there was very friendly and made it a good experience, sadly however despite paying close to a grand for two suits they have both completely fallen apart the woven fabric is shocking quality, the suits not only ripped but literally fell apart not at the seams but the fabric just pulled apart, avoid at al cost worst suits i have ever bought.

Ordered a suit online with unfinished trousers in the event I didn’t like it or it didn’t fit. I liked the quality of the suit and rang to arrange to have the trousers altered to the required inside leg. I lived a distance away from a local Hawes & Curtis. However I made contact and arranged to have the trousers altered at the Leeds shop. The staff were very courteous and extremely helpful. The lady pinned the trousers and 3 hours later they were altered. Very happy from start to finish.

Bought 2 pairs of loafers for my son for him to choose from. Returns procedure at the Leeds store very easy for the pair he decided against with courteous and efficient staff. Refund received within 5 working days as advised.

Quality of the shirts I ordered. Was mainly looking at the collars as my husband wanted cutaway ones and they are perfect.

The delivery etc was fine and the suit is good but the in store experience to get the trousers finished was poor. Disorganised, rushed and the style of assistant was inappropriate. I am not a mate or a pal and language is important. They should be clean cut and we’ll presented. They are not a good advert for your suits! There was one gentleman in Leeds that was appropriate and aligned to your brand image and values, the rest are certainly not!
