FAO: All bank cardholders

This company has been charging my bank account from literally 0.79p to £21.00 for the last seven months for no reason and even to date I have no idea how they got my card details. I initially thought that this was one of my charities. I have contacted my bank and they've started investigating... It's a SCAM happening in broad daylight... Always, check your bank statements and do let the bank know immediately if there's anything suspicious just remember the bank can only refund you for up to six months only. So if they have been taking your money for more than six months that loss cannot be recovered at all...

I paid 79p as I was looking for someone yesterday. I was told they would email me but no email came, now my bank has told me they have tried to take £15.93. I contacted the company and spoke to an agent on the chat who told me she would send my details to the proper department to refund me. Watch this space!!!!

I too have been scammed by them. They have promised to refund the two debits within 10 days. Somehow they signed me up for a subscription and obtained my card details. I have informed the bank too .

We have no idea how they managed to obtain our bank information, but now they are billing us monthly. Will go to bank to see if it can be stopped. We live in Canada.

I've never used this bunch of scammers!!!! However they keep trying to take £16.40 x 2 last month, my bank stopped it, cancelled my card. And hey ho, there at it again, they've got my new card details, and tried again this month!!! Absolute scammers!!!!!!

I never used this company but ended up with 7 unauthorised transactions over 7 months each for $27.54 cents My bank recovered the money so I was refunded. Still can’t work out how they got my credit card details. Unlike other reviewers who used the site I’ve never used it.

Very pleased I found this site as it enabled me to see what a scam this address finder really is and saved me from giving them my bank details,

I paid .45p to obtain an address and noticed they have taken out an extra £16.40! I did not authorise this, I am now going to contact my bank.

I paid $1.94 for an address and then I see a purchase of$29.94 from my visa card that I didn't authorise still waiting to hear from my bank people if you read this they are a total scam

this is a scam they been charging me 19.25$ even though i cancelled

DON'T THESE MORONS HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO DO?!

I conducted a search and the site displayed a charge of $0.95. however they have attempted, like with other to take a further payment of £17.32.

When I search few days ago, I could be able to find the information.
But today I searched the same thing & couldn't find anything.
Can you explain how this happened?

I remember paying $1 on a search engine months ago but didn’t realise they were taking $29 from my account each month since. Spotted it today and whilst on hold to bank to block them I managed to sign in to their website and cancel the subscription and there was a little refund button next to each charge which when I clicked on it appears to be refunding me as my bank shows the 4 credits pending. I’m not sure it is the end of it so will also call bank to block them. I guess they are refunding ppl as they’ve been reported. Thankfully I used visa so can dispute all charges if they didn’t make it so easy.

I Authorised a small amount to access a one off email. Since then this firm has taken three further monthly unauthorised payments of up to £20 . I am going to block further payments from my credit card. Totally unacceptable and an obvious scam . Disgraceful.
Update :
Was nervous about getting in touch with the firm again, but used the webchat facility to contact as my credit card firm required it. Said they will refund the sums taken, so watch this space ….
Update: Two of the payments were refunded on October 10th so I have regraded to two stars .

Cant use zero but that is what they should get I paid for a one off search 90p but they took £15 91 from account . Then today saw a charge of £16 99 . contacted them and told them it was a complete scamm I had not ticked any subscription box and why in the first place had I been charged £15.91 instead of the 90p no reponse so told them would contact bank someone called Shannen got back to me said subscription would be cancelled and would receive refund but contacting bank to make sure they cnnot access my account again

Absolute scammers.. I too authorised 80p only to find out they took a few payments of low amounts then took £16.40 I rang the bank straight away and put a block on any other payments being made… I can’t get my money as it was me that went on the site… but I am ok with that as I have blocked any other payments… BIG TIME SCAMMERS

Total scam.
Second time this has happened.
I paid for one look up...no info.
I cancelled and now I see they have been charging my Visa $25.45 Can ever since.
TOTAL SCAM.
They use different names. U definitely cancelled. How do I get my $$ back.
