Rock solid service and the best tech support out there!

I've been with Hawk Host for about 15 years. They are the best. The very few times I've had to open tickets, they respond very quickly. Usually the trouble is something I caused or just don't understand and they're always gracious and helpful.
They have a customer for life.

Ten stars. Prompt responses, accurate in all details, fully satisfactory. In 15 years with Hawkhost this has been my consistent experience. This company sets the high standard.

I moved my site to HawkHost a few weeks ago. The experience was quite pleasant. Their support staff were very knowledgeable and quickly helped me with a variety of questions and problems. Got me up and running quickly.

Okay. It stable

After thoroughly researching basic web hosting plans, I chose Hawk Host for my small business and registered for a 2-year plan, paying $76.71 USD. However, they later locked my hosting account, labeling it as "Fraud." When I attempted to set up my website, I discovered that there were no active products in my account, and its status had been marked as fraudulent. There was absolutely no follow-up or contact from their side. This is a terrifying scam, and they should be held accountable!

in Russia they banned information about VPN, I don't remember thanks to which site I found info about hawkhost they wrote that something seems to work, inexpensive, suitable including for simple use. I didn't need to create websites, just surfing. The Russian analogue of YouTube is commercialized to the extreme, a lot of advertising, so I was looking for VPN. At first I didn't understand how to use it after receiving data on a rented server, the Internet to the rescue. I started using it through amnezia.. it didn't work, I wrote to support they said that everything is fine on their side, returning to the question about Russia. here, I accidentally installed an add-on in amnesia itself wireguard and it worked. Thanks Canada.

I've been using Hawk Host for over 15 years. I've never had any problems whatsoever. The uptime is amazing and the cost of hosting is the best I've ever seen.

I had changed hosting 5 times at least before I met HawkHost. I was horrified to see the incredible amount of mistakes that any hosting makes and was very worried to see that​, that sort of life was the one I was going to suffer for the rest of my life. But thank God I was wrong because I still had not met HawkHost.

I have lived very happily for about twenty years with Hawkhost. Trying to remember I would say I met them in 2004 or 2005 and, It truly is a happy life, the one you live with Hawkhost, where there is never a problem, NEVER. Sometimes ​myself (I'm 82 years old) or any of my customers make a mistake​, ​b​ut there is always a Hawkhost​ engineer ready to help​ quickly​ & efficiently.

I never saw an invoice for anything different to the services I have, they are extremely correct in that field and I have never pa​i​d a cent more that what I expected for our 90+ accounts we have, everything runs smoothly and I can​'t thank them enough for existing, as otherwise I know how things are with the other 5 or more hostings which are ranked among the best​ ones, but, when you are their client you discover awful things and you start suffering, all the contrary from HawkHost​, quite honestly the very best hosting I have tested, always among the 10 very best (and none could be at Hawkhost level of excellence).

Those are my POSITIVE COMMENTS. Insofar as to the negative points of Hawkhost, I am sorry to say that I cannot possibly imagine any at all. I would have to lie​.

I've been a customer since 2012 and have always been happy with their service. They have consistently communicated in advance about any upcoming maintenance, even if there's only a minimal risk of downtime. Whenever server moves, hostname/IP changes, or similar updates occur, they've always provided detailed instructions to ensure I know exactly what steps (if any) I need to take.

On the rare occasions I've needed support, their team has been prompt, friendly, and efficient in resolving my issues.

Overall, I've been extremely satisfied with Hawk Host, as they've consistently met all of my hosting needs.

I've been hosting my projects on HawkHost for more than a decade now and I'm very satisfied with them. All recommendations.
