Sold a house with Haybrook
Wouldn’t recommend this company at all. They did next to nothing. Kept wasting our time with stupid phone calls. But when we phoned them nobody would get back to us and they would just fob us off. Sold a shared ownership house and the total cost of our share was £80k but they charged us £3.3k. Absolutely ridiculous. They guy called Chris who came to the house to take pictures said because we was only selling £80k said the fee wouldn’t be as high. What a lie that was. He always said we could contact him at any point. Never replied to an email. But when you didn’t reply to him he would be constantly phoning. Kept emailing asking for the same information. It’s was just a ball ache.

I was given a valuation there and then which was also followed up with an email.
There wasn't any pressure after the visit from Michael to market my home with Haybrooks, which was a blessing.

We booked the home visit and valuation easily and Chris confirmed the meeting both verbally and by message to avoid any misunderstanding. Chris arrived promptly and was very polite and respectful of our feelings. He was well informed and answered all our questions without hesitation. We didn’t feel under any obligation but he gave us complete confidence in Haybrook estate agents with clear pricing expectations. Top bloke who assured us he would be our contact from starting the process to completion, which we liked. We would recommend based on our experience.

I had the misfortune of dealing with the Barnsley branch, expensive ,very little work carried out by the estate agent to justify the huge fee charged, very little communication, not even a thank you by them after my house sold, my advice go elsewhere as I found the staff to be unhelpful.
Excellent service, very helpful and Laura was a delight throughout the process. Keeping us regularly updated at every stage and keen to help in any way.

We began our purchase of a property offered through Haybrook back in the summer. Every step of the way Laura and Amanda had been fantastic at keeping us in the loop, informing us of any changes and chasing the vendors when needed.
Unfortunately, the vendors decided to pull out of the sale when we were ready for completion due to their own sale falling through. Amanda was incredibly supportive and tried her best to reason with them, however she was unsuccessful. However I am so grateful for her kind words, support, and kindness during this time.
We are currently looking for another property, and any with Haybrook always get a second look from us due to our previous wonderful experience.
