Booking my eye test online was quick and straightforward, and the free parking made the visit very convenient. On arrival, Zofia welcomed me with a smile and offered a coffee – which was exceptional and a lovely touch.

Claire took time to go through my history and what I was looking for before I had a thorough eye examination with Eugene, who was calm, friendly and explained everything clearly as he carried out the tests.

What really stood out was the honesty and care. My eyes were perfectly fine and my current glasses were still suitable, with no pressure to buy anything new. We also discussed contact lenses, and I was given a five-day trial along with clear demonstrations on how to fit and remove them.

A genuinely personal, professional service from start to finish. If you're looking for a trusted optician, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Haydenswan Eyecare.

I was struggling to find new frames elsewhere. I went into Haydenswan eyecare in the village on impulse as I was walking past. I was pleasantly surprised that Zofia could easily find several pairs that suited my smaller face. Claire took great care to ensure that my new progressive lenses matched my previous ones . I also saw Eugene to check my eyes. It was the most in depth eye check that I’ve ever had. I will be returning and would recommend them to everyone.

I experienced a very thorough eye examination with plenty of explanation from the thoughtful team at Haydenswan. The shop has such a welcoming vibe and it's clear that attention to detail has been paid to at every point. From the welcoming and examination, through to looking at the range of glasses on offer. I felt very comfortable in what's normally a very clinical environment, thank you!

One of the best optician experiences I’ve had. The eye exam was unhurried, thorough, and personal. They really took their time talking me through my eye health and prescription.

A beautiful studio where you are welcomed so warmly from the moment you step into their perfectly designed space, the knowledge and enthusiasm I was greeted with I have never previously experienced in any other optometrist’s and I’ve visited 4 over the past year.. HAYDENSWAN really do believe in giving you a first class service every step of the way, and some great feedback about the best frames for your face shape.. all this served with a tray of delightfully posh coffee too.. what more could you want or need? .. I left feeling like I had gained an extended family!! And I’m not exaggerating! So lovely to support such a fantastic independent business who quite frankly are putting the big companies to shame by comparison.. thank you 🙏🏻 you deserve the world xx

Hadn't had my eyes tested for a few years, so thought now there was an opticians in Bolnore I would go. I am on a mobility scooter, it was easy access and plenty of room, although the eye testing room was small, still room for me for me on my scooter.
Staff were very welcoming and
friendly. Very pleased with my new glasses. I would highly recommend you visit if your due/need an eye test.

Having tried the usual suspects it was great to find a quality optician locally. Thank you to Claire & Zofia who proved to be very patient with me. I now have amazing glasses and will be back for sunglasses!

Fantastic service. Ray Ban sunglasses ordered on Saturday and delivered Wednesday. Free cloths, bags and lenses solution in package. The personal message was a really nice touch.
