Completely scam, quality, cheap cheap cheap

Wow I think only my person stole my money hijos de puta

That looked like a cute pair of boots, but they're cut way too small. I can return them....to Asia. At my expense. Which apparently starts at $25. And it's my responsibility to track them.

Scam, scam, scam.

Fake site. Ordered and never received the product. Contacted seller and never received a response.

This company is a SCAM ... DO NOT buy anything from them!!!
(Lesson learnt to review company reviews on Trust Pilot and do not trust any companies advertising on social media (facebook or instagram)) ... bought 2 pairs of shoes, they both came in the wrong sizes, i had to pay for return postage and even until now I still have not received any refunds. And their customer email address i have been using to correspond with them, is now not working ... my message bounced back and not sent, with the message "there has been an error. MESSAGE IS NOT SENT."

Please do not order from this place they claim the item was delivered in April I didn’t get a notification until may yet been tracking it everyday .. I have no item and resolution and PayPal was even no help a waste of money

Its been more than 45 days that i have ordered and i never got any information about my order, i have sent 5 emails to them and there is an auto reply which gives a link ti track your order but that link never works. They are scamming.

If I could leave a 0 stars it would be appropriate. lousy quality, lousy service, and a waste of $39. Run from this company as fast as you can and definitely do not order any "shoes" if you can call them that. And of course they promise a free watch and that never arrived but would be the same quality I betcha. lesson learned.

The shoes are small and with bad quality, there’s no refund policy or replacement for the shoes apparently.
They sent them from China after 6 weeks and want me to send them back to the states which will cost more than the price of the shoe itself.
This is a scam 100% DO NOT BUY.

I see I'm not the first disgruntled customer. This site is a scam! I've been waiting over a month for my wife shoes that was for her birthday. When I inquired about my shoes I was offered a watch! Buyer Beware!!!!!!@

I placed an order and it never arrived. I wrote to the support email several times and no one responded. They don't have a customer service phone number.

Sent me the wrong size and offered a 50% refund. i escalated it and I finally got them to give me 100% refund (minus shipping) although i have to send the garment back at my own expense which is 75% of the garments cost.

Totally ripped me off

I was waiting for three months to get the shoes I ordered and eventually it came in the wrong size. Very disappointing horrible service.

Shoes finally arrived after 6 weeks and were way too small. Found return info and Fla address on Hayes-Carter website. They were just returned to me by USPS — unknown address. Now I’ve wasted money on the shoes and a pointless effort at a return and refund.

I have to take back my accusation towards Hayes Carter & apologize. My concern was their lack of communication and customer service, to add to this, the many negative reviews out here all lead me to think, I had, like the rest fallen victim to a scam. The shoes order have now been received and the quality acceptable, The finish was pretty good, to my surprise. I ordered two pairs the only hiccup was that one of the pairs ordered, came two sizes big. That should not have happened!
They also seem to have inscribed a message to me on the tongue of the bigger white pair which read " Control - your self" I get it and again apologize for acting out but you guys should also get your act together and build confidence in your customer base.

Been waiting a month for my shoes . Sent many emails and they just return an auto generated response having nothing to do with my problem. Also they make themselves sound local and they are from china . Don’t do it !

They don't have a contact no.. my bad,have not read the reviews. My order has not arrived yet and they would not answer for the tracking number. Will try to figure out how they will be reported.KARMA IS DIGITAL

Took them more than a month to be delivered and nothing on the website mentions that they are coming from China. The Febronni shoes I ordered look good but advertised and stated on their website was they were “genuine leather”. They’re not. They’re some type of thick shiny polyester. Again, they look ok and I’ll use them but definitely not an experience I’d go through again. Not worth the money of the headache.

A scam!

Bought a pair of shoes that arrived in the wrong size. I had to send to USA for £25 only to have the package returned unopened! To send again at £25 is more than I bought the shoes for that I know they can get away with. Shocking that they are allowed to carry on trading!

Absolutely shocking quality the size was about a small when it was a large and you can’t send back because it comes from China and costs 35 pounds to send back on recorded delivery.
