Most helpful staff, had time for me and very promptly and easily replaced one ( of three)plants which was different to what I had ordered. Didn’t even ask for the “wrong “ plant to be sent back.
And all that for no extra charge; not even for delivery.
The replacement plant is very healthy and is doing well.
