I joined about twelve months ago, recently changed my email address, and could log in but not gain access to my online manual,
They never replied to assist and give me access to my online manuals.
Only after posting a very bad review on Trustpilot did I get some attention from Carol. So everything is working and I would do this again if an automated reply system does not work

Don't buy online manual! Half of thinks missing. You vill not get videos and photos related to your car as you use to in books. Not even brand. Everything you need for your car find easily on Google and YouTube, faster and for free. It is dying company who bet they still have name and they rip of people. Online product is hard to navigate, complete mess.

Received the manual as a portable data file (PDF) and it included everything I needed. It was quite expensive for an electronic copy, but given the specific and relatively rare vehicle type, I can see why the price was set that way.

I haven’t actually used it yet, but from what I reviewed, it was clear and easy to understand. I can definitely see it being useful for future reference, saved on my PC.

I could only get a digital download version for my 2017 Kia. The navigation is very counterintuitive and did not have the information I needed. To their credit they did refund me almost immediately. In the past I have bought the printed books for all the cars that I have owned, and they were always excellent. Such a shame that the old 'Haynes' manuals have morphed into these very generic guides.

Great books but the mobile and online version is hard to navigate and i feel isnt as comprehensive as the book.

Don't bother buying a Haynes online manual. They are next to useless.

Im in rural WA, got my RM250 manual in no time at all and also have access online. The manual is insane!!! Literally tells you everythinf

Absolutely do not buy the AutoFix online manual !

Has lots of general specification lists, torque settings etc., but mostly full of general DIY guide & videos that will NOT be specific to your car/model !

Waste of money.

Apart from the photos not being anywhere near as clear as they used to be in the manuals it seems customer service also leaves a lot to be desired. I wasn't sure which manual was best for a bike I had bought. There are two that might cover it so on 13th June I asked customer services which I should buy. I received a confirmation email then nothing else so I emailed again on 19th June and again received nothing but a confirmation email. I have ended up with a second hand book from Ebay which luckily covers my bike. The main reason I wanted the book was because the seat latch was in pieces and thought it would show how it reassembles. The book was worse than useless as it shows a bad picture of the wrong side of the seat latch and doesn't show or even mention the parts of it

If you want a manual that gives so much information nonspecific to your vehicle then this is the one for you. There’s a whole heap stuff on what they like to call general information, including all what seems to be all video tutorials. I had a few Haynes manuals over the years, many years ago which were excellent. The standard now just provides non specific info on generic vehicles. Goodluck with your manual if you choose to buy one. YouTube is a much better place to go if you actual want info on your vehicle.

So disappointed, just wasted £30.

Not one of the best companies to deal with, customer service seems to be non existent, they never answered any of my questions I sent. The Online book I purchased seemed to be very generic (a lot of the pictures and videos were not of my model/manufacture) I would say it’s not really worth £30, saying that I did not see all of it because they they canceled my order and said they were refunding my monies (Still waiting for refund).

One star is to much, purchased the wrong manual in error, then purchased the correct one. They charged me for the return dispite the fact it wasn't sent.
Then they shipped the correct one to Ireland and didn't do the registration for EU vat, so I was charged again, ending up costing me nearly €50 for a E30 manual.
Discrace.

There was an error in my order, I was contacted by a Haynes representative who addressed the issue, the wrong car manual was assigned to my account. I did not need the manual immediately so really only noticed the error a year later. Initially my late notification was a problem. However, after some correspondence this was changed and I now have the correct manual.
Thank you to the Haynes team. I have used their printed manuals for years and they have, and still serve me well. I look forward to my digital migration.

Well here we are, 2 weeks on and still no access.
Incredible.
We soon visit Mars, let’s hope when they do, they donot break down, and require Haynes.
They will have a long wait.

The manual arrived well packaged and undamaged. It’s typical of the Haynes manuals. Easy to read. Great pictures and good relevant information. I highly recommend these books. I have purchased quite a few over the years for various cars and motorcycles.

Prompt service and delivery.

Fast postage. Great having the electronic version and a paper version. Covers all situations

I don't own the digita manual that I payed for.i can't download it to my files.i have to login to your site to view it or am I doing something wrong.
