No regrets working there or moving on.
Pros: Decent pay, Place to build experience, opportunities to learn.
Cons: Cliques, Belligerent HR management, Adversarial environment between the work force and management, Too much gap between upper management and the rest of the workforce in both pay and respect.
I do recommend working there but since moving on I have learned there are places to work where the environment is more respectful, and opportunities are more available to everyone based on performance instead of relationships. Haynes bases advancement more on check boxes than actual performance. My new job does not put so much weight on requirements but instead looks heavily on current performance and the ability of the person to take on greater responsibility.
