I think the problem is with FedEx
I think the problem is with FedEx. The box was left out and not under the porch. Therefore, the box got soaked. I’m letting the picture dry since it only had one layer of wrapping around it.
I notified the company about the problem. Their response was impeccable. It was timely and focused on customer support. The issue was handled toward customer satisfaction. This has made for a positive result and experience.

This has been one of the best companies I have ever purchased from. From beginning to the end, I was thoroughly impressed. The picture is absolutely gorgeous. They contacted me with a final picture and asked me questions about the picture. When I responded they were so quick to respond back. We got this picture as a Christmas gift for my mother in law and I know she’s going to love it. I couldn’t believe how quick it shipped and the way they packed the picture, it was packaged with such care, it was amazing. I will definitely be back as a returning customer!
