I have recently had a customised card from Haze and have to say that their service was fantastic. Excellent product and great customer service .

Ordered my card on 7th March, got a weird email from a number that after googling it, is in Los Angeles. No card, no reply to emails, no chat reply, they took the money on 8th March. Terrible. Avoid.

Just received the personalised metal wallet and absolutely love the design Haze have done as well as the feel of the wallet. Also received great, fast and helpful communication along the way from Haze's staff, I highly suspect I'll be going back for a metal bank card, the Dragon's will be proud!

The chip fell out within 3 weeks of use. Haze assured me they’d replaced free of charge. I sent the new debit card on 27/03/2023. I still haven’t received my new card. I contacted the company twice who stated it had been sent out but wouldn’t provide tracking details. No card and no refund, AVOID!!!

I didn’t know what to expect… but the service was incredible and soo quick! Will definitely use them for my other cards
