Horrible experience ordering clothes for my infant daughter. I never received the merchandise and when I asked for a refund, they attempted to reship and charge me the shipping cost AGAIN. I had to get my credit card company involved. Total fraud site.

Avoid this retailer. They are drop shipping Chinese products from Temu at massive margins…

Exactly the same outfits on Temu. Identical. Making a major profit! Very poor quality, as expected of Temu.

I ordered two dresses from Hazel & Bo, expecting quality, but they were poorly made with cheap fabric, bad stitching, and no size labels. Post purchase, I saw the same items were available on Amazon for a fraction of the price. This feels like a scam—overpricing low-quality goods!

The business lures customers with prompt responses to inquiries and the classic tactic of a perpetual sale, creating the false impression of a bargain. I regret not checking Trustpilot reviews beforehand.

They use drop ship so never see the items that are shipped from China… it looks like lovely boutique, high quality beautiful products but sadly it is cheap, shoddy quality and I’m sure highly profitable to sell!
They immediately gave me a credit but it did not make up for who they are depicting to be and who they really are!

I had such a positive experience with this company and the customer care I received! It was my first time purchasing from the website and I didn't realize there was no option for expedited shipping, I e-mailed the customer care team to see if I could expedite my order as I needed it by a certain date. They said unfortunately there was no option to expedite the parcel. It ended up coming the very next week instead of the estimated 3-4 weeks! I was so beyond thrilled and the clothes are just so perfect! I will definitely be placing more orders in the future!

Buyer be aware ... poor quality ... ridiculous sizing (rompa for 0-3 months was twice the size bigger than rompa for 3-6 months!! Save your money and buy elsewhere!

Wish I’d read reviews first. Extremely poor quality, material and stitching. Came from china, returns to Canada at own cost.

Paid £90 for like 5 items because they had nice designs and looked good quality on the website. Wish I had read reviews beforehand.. quality is absolutely shocking and a lot of the clothes are paper thin. There are no sizes on the labels of the clothes either. DONT BUY

Agree with a lot of comments here. Wish I’d read first. Very poor quality item - ghastly colour - not like website image. Emailed twice to return but no reply 😡 Avoid and stick to UK goods.

I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering. I ordered 3 items and am very disappointed with the very poor quality of all 3.
The buttonholes on one of the little dresses are too small - or the buttons are too big - making them very difficult to undo, which is not great when dressing a newborn. I emailed their customer support to advise them about this, but 3 weeks later and 2 further very polite emails and I have had no response.
I’ve also posted a comment on their Facebook page, which has also been ignored.
Very poor quality clothing and non-existent customer service - I will definitely not order from them again. Don’t be fooled, as I was, by the reviews on their website.

I must admit that I ordered from the company before I'd read the previous reviews & was really worried about my order.Thankfully my worries were unfounded.
There were three things that prevented this from being a five star review.
The first was that I was disappointed that the clothing comes from China,the second was that the quality wasn't as good as expected for the cost & thirdly the order came in two parcels rather than the one that the confirmation gave me to believe would be case.
I was very impressed with their customer service & received prompt replies to both my emails & my order was eventually fulfilled,albeit a few weeks apart.
The sizing was as expected too.

My order hadn’t arrived so I contacted by email and in fairness I received a quick reply.
The goods for style was cute but quality was poor. It arrived in a poor plastic bag with Chinese writing on, this certainly isn’t portrayed on the website.
The goods were too small, I contacted customer service and a quick response but wait for it, your return must be sent to Canada! There is no refund until received, the cost of postage out weighs the goods, or accept a 25% discount.
I think the website is not transparent and misleading. For this I won’t ever order from this company again.

Only given 1 star as zero isn't an option! This company are an absolute disgrace! Their items are such poor quality full of unstitched seams made with the most cheap materials! Shipped from some dirty sweat shop in China. They make it near IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN AND GET A REFUND by trying to make the buyer pay shipping to Canada or New York costing an arm and a leg at the customers expense! Had to go through PayPal which wasn't easy. In the end it was PayPal who refunded me out of pity as this company made it so hard to return the garbage they sent to me so Hazel and Bo kept my money! They're nothing but SCAMMERS! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Received my item today and to say I'm disappointed is a understatement, the Website makes this look very high class and worthy of what you are paying!!!
The item arrived in a tiny scraggy bag all crunched up....the material is poor quality and no lable inside....I recently purchased a jog suit for my grandson from shein £5.00!!! and the quality is 💯 better will never order from here again

If only I had read the reviews before ordering! I ordered a dress for my granddaughter’s 4th birthday. The quality was appalling - manufactured in China to a very low standard. When I contacted the company regarding returning the item for refund I was informed that I had to return to an address in Canada - a cost of £13 and non-refundable. This company is despicable and totally unethical. To say that I am disappointed and angry is an understatement.

I have been offered a 25% refund from this company based in Canada which I have reluctantly accepted due to the fact that I didn’t do my research into their returns policy. I should like to make as many people as possible aware that this company is a scam. They purchase goods from China and have them shipped to the UK for distribution. Someone is making millions but it definitely won’t be the Chinese labourers! Totally immoral and unethical.

The quality is dire. Very very disappointing I could have done better myself and I am no seamstress. Would advise anyone do not waste your money by purchasing from this site. As soon as I saw the parcel arrive I had a good idea that things were going to be bad.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered from the website which said the place of business is Mexico. When my order was delivered in 2 shipments the place of origin is Wei CH. Clothing was of very poor quality, some had no labels, what was labeled stated dry clean only. Who dry cleans baby clothes? This was not on sale description . Material is rough, scratchy not soft as baby clothing should be. I’ve filed a complaint with the company - no response. Return policy states to include packing order- that was in neither of my packages.

I have just received the striped green top and matching trousers which I ordered for my 11 month old Grandson. I ordered 18/24 months as thought better to be big. I needn’t have worried, the size is far too small, poor quality, very thin, poorly made and I will be returning it for a refund. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement!
