Oh dear loved the dress when it arrived did notice the material was as thin but thought lovely for summer however went to wash it in Cold water and it Shrunk!!!
Lucky on sale when purchased still paid $120!! Can get sooo much better in well known stores country road and Witchery!

I know it's been a few months since we bought our dresses but I wanted to find a way to properly thank Sarah & the Hazel team.
There were a few panicked emails from our end but your team kept us as at ease and followed through flawlessly. I can't remember the last time we had this type of attentiveness from an online store.

Thank you again for tracking down the last Blush and exchanging it at the last minute!

So dissapointed. Paid $249 for a dress, the photos are misleading, they look like a high quality luxury brand. The dress quality is so cheap and poorly, no different to buying a dress from Kmart.

Terrible quality. Pocket lining visible on white dress.
I returned the dress unworn and they accused me of washing half of it and returning (ew). No email reply when queried and just returned unwanted ugly dress.
Do not purchase from this company.

I purchased two dresses on their website because I wanted to try them on and see which one suited me and return which ever didn’t suit me. I never had any intention of keeping both dresses, they happened to have a weekend sale that day over Easter.

When the dresses arrived, I didn’t like the way they looked on me, they didn’t look the way they looked on the images in the website in terms of how they fit me. I immediately returned them in perfect condition and they will only give me a credit note. $430 and I have to spend it on a store credit. I emailed them and said that Finances are tight at the moment and I didn’t realise that I wouldn’t be able to get a refund on at least one of them. I tried to negotiate if they could give me a refund for one dress and a credit note for the other and they outright refused. I found them quite rude in their communication, and I feel like customers are not number 1 to them. I won’t be buying from them in the future.

Cute stock! The quality is there and the shipping (to Canada) was fast.
