Take Star if they are a disgrace company taking people's money still nor order since may and now not even getting back and been told by PayPal nothing can be done as they are saying it was sent and they can't help if I didn't receive it but I never had a tracking number and also had lots of emails how they was working through the night to get my order but once you ask for money back they say it was sent

Hazel Lab are a big con. Ordered in August 2020 and still not received my order.They keep giving me all kids of excuses. Have asked for my money back but not received any replay back.
VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE COMPANY

Avoid at all costs

Ordered on 30 August. Product still not arrived. Several emails sent to be told that item had been detained at customs. More emails sent following no response from either company or courier company to be sent standrad email. Refund requested to be told that as item has been shipped was unable to give one. Referred to PayPal Resolutions Team to see if it can be resolved but still no success. Item still not received and complaint still not dealt with.

Complete scam

Complete scam. Paid for a product that did not arrive even after weeks. Emailed to ask for a refund and was told they are unable to do so as it was promptly shipped out. But counted the days for them + the fact that one of their staff said it wasn't promptly shipped out. They said will bring it up to management. Again no replies for WEEKS. Now, a new staff sent me the EXACT same email on their company policy. Fked up, DON'T BUY AT ALL COST. NEVER.

if i could give zero stars I would

if i could give zero stars I would - like most other reviewers here - this company took my money back in May and never sent an order.
Have had the usual repetitive mails of how they're looking into it, how they'll send another other and how they can't give a refund on a 'cancellation' even though I'm not cancelling.
They're aim is to ware you down with multiple emails and yet you get no information and never receive your order - THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM

No Stars from me!!

I ordered a Lip Plumper in March, it is now October! I email them several times per week and receive the same nonsense replies, that they are still looking into it, they have a whole team looking into it. Ive asked for my money back, they will not refund, nor will they resend the product which probably wasn't even sent in the first place. Do NOT try to buy anything from this extremely dodgy company!

Terrible!!

Terrible!!! I placed my order 23rd August, today is 16th Oct. Have contacted company 3 times! Keep getting the same email to say they're looking into it- it's only 20 foot pads, surely they'd fit in an envelope? Not much hassle with boxes, not a bulky item?! Would definitely not recommend!!

The service is disgraceful

The service is disgraceful! I ordered 2 products about 4 months ago now and each time I email them about its whereabouts I get the same BS reply. I have requested a refund, but to no avail. This is theft! I want my money, COVID or no COVID. I paid for products in good faith and they have not honoured their part of the deal.

I had to select a star, but this company is not worth any stars! Absolutely disgraceful!

Satisfied with order

I placed an order in June 2020. The order did take longer than it was supposed to, but when I contacted them on their support email address they replied instantly and gave the tracking number. I contacted them again and they were very helpful in getting DHL to update the tracking details. I did receive my order after 8 weeks, but that was not Hazellab's fault, but Covid

They took $54.00 and I did not receive…

They took $54.00 and I did not receive my product. I also attempt to get my money back from Paypal which to no avail. Although Hazel Lab phone number is no longer in service and they did not respond to my e-mails, Paypal awarded Hazel Lab stating that Hazel Lab sent proof of purchase and I never received my product. I was hurt by Paypal for I have been a member since Year 2008. Please avoid Hazel Lab company at all cost. I may also clode my account with Paypal as well.

Poor customer service

On 2/16/20 ordered a digital angle finder and digital angle gauge. In June received the cheaper angle guage but not the angle finder. Emailed company and was told they would check into the missing part. I have emailed the a dozen times asking for item or refund. Was told they wont issue refund. Dont order from 10832936 Canada Inc, Hazel Lab or HazelHC.

I ordered on the 28/08/2020. I was told after 3 weeks it can take up to 60days . As of Covid . It is well over 60 days now and I have demanded my money back . They tried to say it would b arriving next week I said it was to late. And want my money back . There saying it will be refunded in next 72 hrs. We shall see. But I will never order from them again

Excuses

Order made in July - expected delivery end of July / beginning of August and still not received them.
I have contacted this company 3 times and each time they have replied immediately with an excuse about delays in shipping.
Today I asked them to cancel my order and give me a refund which they have said they cannot do.
Like someone else on this page I have submitted a visa dispute to claim the money back via my account provider.

I would give this 0 stars! Ordered something 5 months ago and nothing, same excuse each time that it's on it's way. I filled in an online form from my bank.. To dispute a transaction and sent screenshots of the emails. Done that this morning and 5 minutes ago I got am email from hazel lab saying they are giving me my refund lol. I would give no stars if that were a…

I would give no stars if that were a choice. I bought a movie projector this year, it took months to be shipped to me, then when I got it, it didn’t even work, it was a piece of garbage and I unfortunately paid close to $200 for it. I emailed customer service to get a refund and they basically said they won’t give a refund unless it was damaged. I said it didn’t work and they told me I had to send them a picture of why it doesn’t work..... don’t know how I’ll do that since it looks fine but is literally a piece of plastic junk! Will never recommend anyone use this website and I will also make sure everyone knows how horrible the customer service is and that the website lies!

Appalling customer service.

Placed an order in July, waited patiently for 3 weeks but nothing was delivered. Contacted Hazel Lab for an update and was told there was a delay with the delivery and they would get back with an update.
Has now been 2 months since order and still no delivery and no further contact from the seller.
Appalling customer service, would avoid using this company.
