Bad customer service!’

I have yet to receive an order I placed in early December and it is now Mid January. Their customer service has sent me the same email twice. I am sure the responses are automated. I have requested reimbursement information twice and they have yet to provide it to me. I will NEVER order from this company again.

I wish I had never ordered from this flim flam Chinese company. It's been over a month and I still don't have the order or an answer that's clear. The tracking numbers they keep sending aren't even in the system of the USPS. Do not order from these people.

Over 2+ weeks since product was supposed to have shipped. I have emailed customer support 3 time with no response. Very poor customer service. I am going to cancel the order (I don’t think I will ever receive it) and report it as fraud to my bank.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered... ordered to “fake shirts” for layering on 12/8/20. Sent messages and finally got a response... finally received the 2 fake shorts I ordered on 1/13/21... so not worth it. Not something I would have paid $2.99 for and the packaging was all in Chinese (I asked several times where it was shipping from and couldn’t get an answer) needless to say it barely fits.

Do not deal at all with this company. I’ve written 8 emails without any responses. Thank god I used PayPal vs a credit card. They sent me a tracking number but now over 2 weeks it’s not even be shipped. They are a fraud. I’ve written PayPal. I now will go on their Facebook to WARN ANYONE. What a disgrace. Stay away.

I ordered over 2 months and was told numerous times it was on its way. BULL! Now I see they took their ad off from Facebook.

I hope nobody order anything from this scammers! They not only charged $44,00 for a product that was being sold almost half the price somewhere else but the exact same day I placed the order with them, my Bank told me that there were some fraudulent activity on my account, "someone" tried to charge $345 on my debit card, which thankfully was denied and my bank canceled my card just as a prevention just in case they try to make new charges. It's been such a nightmare and inconvenience having to get a new card and called vendors that I have an autopay. In the meantime HazelWagon stopped answering my emails and the tracking # they give still shows as just being "created" they never shipped my order, and I'm so ready to do something about this, I reported them on Instagram where I saw the ad and they seemed to have dissappear!

My experience was just the worst! I spend so much money on a product that just never came!! I send this company so many emails asking about my product, but I just got no responses....

Terrible! I bought a bra which was completely the wrong size when I received it after a very long time to wait for it. I sent them an email to which they replied asking me to send 3 pics of the bra with a measuring tape which I did and have not received a response since. I have now sent 3 emails about the issue! I will be also posting a bad review on facebook. Don't buy from these guys!!

This is a terrible company to do business with!! I bought a bra and trusted the company to represent their merchandise responsibly. The bra does not fit the size it advertised and described. I have written everything I can to them they simply wont budge on giving me any credit even towards their own merchandise if I return it. I used my money in good faith and they dont care! Awful customer service and company policy. I will never do business again with them. I will also tell my friends to not do any business with them either. What a shameful way to take peoples money.

Bought a bra. It took almost a month to be delivered, the sizes are completely incorrect and they did not receive my return. The quality also looks very cheap. Never ever buy from this site!!

I ordered a bra in my size and a tracking number was sent shortly. It's been over a month and USPS says the tracking number status is unavailable. I have contacted them via email several times about where my order is, and a refund now. They replied only my first email and then ignored the subsequent ones. They have no phone #, only email. DO NOT shop here!

I bought a cleaner for vinyl/leather in cars. I waited a month for these 2 tiny bottles that won’t last very long and absolutely no instructions. What a waste of money and time!

I ordered a car scratch repair spray doses not work iv been on to them and they just don’t want to know do not touch this company with a barge pole it is all a scam and they don’t want to give a refund
