Very good and excellent

A very positive experience. My child was put at ease and the procedure was efficient and quickly done. It was great being able to get an appointment quickly and that the ear cleaning was able to be done at home, it made a big difference for my autistic child. Would recommend and use again if needed.

This was an easy and user friendly experience from beginning to end. Riz from Hazelwood was easy to contact and very quick to arrange the appointment. He has visited my house twice now. Once to help me with a difficult ear blockage and the other time to remove a wax build up from my wife’s ears. He is polite efficient and professional in his approach. I tried using a well known chain for ear wax removal and that was a painful drawn out experience which didn’t work. Hazelwood are far superior. I have recommended them to family and friends without reservation.
