Despite scheduling an appointment with Cherryl from your team, I arrived punctually for the viewing, only to be informed, upon arrival, that the apartment had already been rented out. This disregard for the appointment and the lack of timely communication deeply affected my schedule and caused significant inconvenience.
It's disheartening that a scheduled appointment was not honored, resulting in wasted time and a sense of complete disregard for my efforts to adhere to the agreed-upon timing.
I strongly urge HBhousing to reevaluate its appointment management procedures. Timely communication regarding the availability of properties is vital to prevent potential clients from unnecessary trips and to respect their time and effort.
