I recently had a very disappointing experience with Harry B Litherland. I contacted them regarding a TV that was still under warranty, but they refused to even look at it. Despite the TV never being out of the box, they claimed that we had damaged it based on a picture we sent them. The customer service was incredibly rude and unhelpful, making the entire process frustrating and unpleasant. I expected better service and support, especially when dealing with a warranty issue. To make matters worse, I had to claim my money back through my credit card company. I would not recommend Harry B Litherland to anyone based on this experience.
