Horrible customer service

I accidentally signed up for a yearly subscription, but canceled immediately hereafter and closed the account, but HBO charged the money right away.

I created a new account with a monthly subscription, and requested a refund for the yearly subscription.

1. After 3-5 days an email come in asking me random questions, revealing that they do not understand my simple request.
2. I explain the matter again, in even simpler words
3. After 3-5 days an email come in with standard text asking if my issue was resolved to my satisfaction
4. I answer both the original case thread and the new email, emphasizing that my issue is not resolved
5. After 3-5 days I receive an email from HBO asking for further information
6. I write back on the email received in point 5 above
7. There is apparently now two case numbers on the same issue. This causes 1-2 weeks and a great deal of confusion to sort out
8. Repeat steps 3-6
9. There is now three case numbers on the same issue..
10. Repeat step 7
11. Repeat steps 3-6
12. Finally, a resolution is made, that they won't be able to refund my subscription
13. I ask for a manager to review the case 3-4 times in the duration of 2-3 weeks

No reply.

Result:
I'm left with a year paid on a subscription, that is canceled and cannot be accessed or used.
Plus, we have a monthly subscription that is running on my wife's account.

I'm just baffled.

I've never experienced such a horrible customer service.
I thought that HBO was a respectable and well-renowned company, but they don't give a s... about their customers.

It's a nigthmare.

The app does not work very well

The app does not work very well. Always getting disconnected eventhough all other apps installed are working with no issues.
Sometimes it not even possible to login.

The worst streaming app ever

The worst streaming app ever. So slow… it doesn’t work at all. Hbo nordic was fast and good. I literally don’t understand how can they make something new and decrease the quality that much. 👎🏻
