The HCA care at the Cancer Unit at Guys was exceptional throughout.

The team under Mr Chakravarti’s leadership are outstanding. Mr Chakravarti himself is extraordinary and fills you with confidence. He assessment and feedback of your health situation is rounded and complete. All staff from admission to discharge, through every interaction, showed kindness and care.

The fact that the consultant did'nt just read the notes like other dr's did in the past and never agreed with what was said initially in December 2023 as I had a very bad experience with a few doctors who did not carry out a second biopsy in the same location as the initial bioosy. I was also told the cancer had spread into my breast then I was told they've made a mistake that cancer did not spread? I was given different measurements by different doctors which made me loose trust in the system. I am very happy with Mr Gui and wish I saw him in Dec'23 I also know that he is going to be honest with me and he will say no cancer like mr Tan from Royal free hospital did say no cancer plus a few other doctors who also said no cancer in my breast.

Great care from all staff and consultants

Excellent team , staff and support team. Made a daunting time gentler on my daughter and us as parents. The team absolutely did beyond and above for us.

Excellent experience the surgeon explained to me in detail the surgery I am going to have and I felt reassured by his confidence but also he was extremely sympathetic and I felt listened to.

Consultant was extremely informative

From start to finish my experience has been nothing but positive. Everyone I came into contact with was exceptional; from my consultant Mr Sam Singh, the nursing and reception staff, to his secretary Elia. Seemless and effortless and very happy with the outcome.

Excellent care and service to the highest standards

From the moment I arrived I felt very welcomed. With the doorman greeting at the door it doesn’t feel like a hospital and more like a luxury hotel. I was shown to my room, and everything was carefully explained to me. The nurse looking after me was extremely polite and helpful. The same with the operating room staff. The endoscopic nurse who administered the cannula was gentle and reassuring. Off course my consultant spoke to me before and after the procedure. And I had no doubt that he is an excellent physician.
Even with a scary procedure- EBUS I was explained everything and it was smooth and painless. The recovery room, nurse was also professional. Lovely touch is the restaurant quality food after the procedure, it changes the whole experience and reminds of a luxury hotel rather than a scary hospital.
I was extremely happy with the procedure, quality of the service and attention to details.
Lovely staff is always valuable

The worst private hospital i have ever used the service was terrible from the so called professional consultant who didn't know what he's talking about and just completely ignored the MRI done by HCA them selves . And when asked if he had read the reports he said no . Then gets his secretary to write a totally inaccurate report and was also the most rude person we have ever spoken to. It was lucky there was a 2nd person in the room to say how bad the specialist was AVOID

billing is so bad its a joke .self pay so had to pay there and then they have spent the last 8 months sending me bills for thigs in the blood test i didnt have but say i owe them money . then sent me a bill for a mri that i payed from there and then. demanding payment oe they take me to court and all they could to i blame it on there new so called upgraded system

I had a very good experience at Lister Hospital for my MRI. I arrived early and was able to park my bicycle easily. The reception was welcoming and everything was well organised.

The staff were friendly, professional and attentive throughout. Before the MRI, I was offered music of my choice and they kindly provided me with a blanket when I asked for one. Although the MRI itself was quite confined and a little uncomfortable towards the end, the staff made the whole experience as comfortable as possible.

Dr Marley and staff at LDC were excellent. Caring, professional and attentive. I feel very confident with my health in their capable hands.

Attended a scan at the Harley street clinic diagnostic centre. The whole experience was outstanding and so positive, the facility is beautiful and all staff were so very helpful and attentive with a real pro active approach, a real pleasure.

Very good Health Care Centre. I went there for the first time and the experience was really good. Also the location is very convenient.

First time attendance. Place was clean, staff were nice and friendly. The consultant was excellent. I was seen on time. Xrays were offered to me on the same day.
Only downside was that the water machine was not working and it was a very warm day.
