My partner and I used H.C Andersens to take over the whole apartment renovation and handover process for our apartment in Valby. Being an expat, I did not know many people that could give recommendations for a company to help us with the whole apartment renovation process, but I found H.C Andersens online and choose them because they have really high trustpilot reviews.

My partner and I were very happy with the results! We asked for their help around a week before we had to hand over the keys and despite the tight deadline they made the place spotless without the apartment rental company requiring any additional repairs.

I will recommend them to anyone looking for a company to take over the whole renovation and apartment handover process moving forward.

I asked for a quote, they sent me a calendar invite for a phone meeting with Niki *** to discuss the details. I didn't get the call or any message ever since.

Update: After my review I got a call from them. They apologized and told me that there was an error in their IT system that sets up these meetings.

I am surprised this company has any good reviews! Perhaps it was only me having such terrible service.
Hired this company to do the move out renovation on the apartment we were renting from Balder. After all the nice promises, we payed the 50% advance and left the apartment for the renovation.
The end result is the job poorly done and some parts not done at all, delayed handover of the property to Balder. Due to that Balder has redone most of the renovation on their own terms and double charge us for the works. Also due to delayed handover they have charge us with additional rent. So we lost our deposit, got extra charged by Balder.
Mark or anyone from this company is not answering my phone calls or emails.
We were hoping to save some 5000dkk by hiring this company but in the we lost like 60000dkk because of them.
It seems like the only option left for us is to go the legal route and try to get at least compensation that way.

We have received all our deposit back after 6+ years in our rental apartment. Everything was taken care of, all questions were answered, and we had the prefect customer experience from day one.

Mark has been my point of contact and he has been very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable which brings in very professional and good quality work in committed timeline. Move out inspection with my landlord has been smooth sailing and it got over in less than 15 minutes with zero complaint ensuring 100% refund of my deposit.

I worked with them to renovate my apartment after moving. I left the house with the moving truck and within a few days they renovated everything. They also did the moving inspection on my behalf while I was in Germany.

In summary, everything went very well and my landlord is now refunding my full deposit. Not only I saved money but also I didn't have to do any house work at home.

I decided to use H.C. Moving out services for both grinding floors and professional moving out cleaning and I was very satisfied with their service, prompt communication, flexibility on providing solutions and the final outcome. Plus, whenever hiring their services they will guarantee the full price of it and if the moving out inspectation finds anything of less, H.C. will refund the amount in question.
Moving out in Copenhagen, if not in whole Denmark, is a huge hassle and stressful “event” sometimes, so having professional care takers of this situation for a more fair and explained price, is much appreciated.

Happy to give a 5 star to HC Andersens Istandsættelse! It is one of the few companies that would offer in-person visit to see what needs to be done and the price that they quoted afterwards was reasonable compared to other companies that I've been in contact to. Not to mention the quick response from their staff, and the English version of their company website. Happy to recommend their service.
