We had a very positive experience with the company. From the beginning, we received a quick and honest assessment of the condition of our apartment, located in Vestamager and managed by the large company “B.”

After the evaluation and receiving the quote, we decided to work with Bolig og Flyt because, in addition to offering a competitive price, they provided a written guarantee of the full return of our deposit.

Another advantage was that we were able to entrust them with our apartment and the necessary repairs without our supervision, as we had to move out of the country. They attended the inspection together with our representative and made small adjustments on the spot based on the inspector’s remarks, issues that, although minor, can still be deducted from the deposit.

In the end, everything turned out as expected, and we will receive our full deposit back.
