I was introduced to H&Co via unbiased. First impressions were very good, both individuals I met were engaging, seemed to understand my requirements and believed they could help me.

From the 4 services I engaged with and paid for I received barely any service. The final straw was when the self assessment deadline approached. I was told I would receive a draft assessment return based upon pre-provided information all the way through December and January. After much pushing and chasing I received an incomplete one for just one person, the next iteration was so close to the deadline with zero assurance or confidence in them being filed in time I ended up filing myself. Financial structuring and company accountancy services again required chasing and if anything was provided was out from an AI tool.

Due to inadequate and incomplete services being provided a requested refund has been ignored. I also noted the company's own filings were late.

Zero cares given by this company, the individuals focus was elsewhere and eyes completely off the ball. Would not trust them to run a bath.

I appointed H&Co after a few emails and calls for some tax advice and to file my taxes for the 26727 tax year. Everytime I have had a meeting arranged, it has been cancelled or postponed on the day it was suppose to occur. I have been promised information by email which never was sent. All in all, I thought the big 4 had issues and moving to a smaller firm would mean better service. This has sadly not been the case. I have paid 50% of the fee already and will see what recourse I have.

I am updating my rating as I have been made aware that my point of contact was dealing with an extended family issue. I have had one call and have been sent information that took a few weeks to be sent but it is a slight improvement.

Highly recommended accountant, great communication. I have been with H&CO for over a year now and they have helped me a lot with growing my online business. Can recommend to anyone looking for friendly expert help

After having experience with 2 other accountants, this is by far the best team I’ve had.
Money well spent!
I had to understand a fair amount of what to declare and how to organize my documentation. They will do that extra leg work for you for an extra fee of course.
But for the basic rate, I received great advice, good and quick communication and everything done early.

Mr Quershi helped with filling tax’s from my Indian and Uk income where he seems to understand the complexities and imitations involved and he’s always helped me out with his advice and suggestions in order to reduce tax when required, above all he’s soft spoken, well mannered and trustworthy.
