Grateful for Sandra and Sarah's knowledge and attention to detail. They make policies and procedures applicable to you and your clinic instead of just a tick box exercise, it really made me re-think my ways of working. I completed their online workshop and then through the audit process and their level of professionalism shines throughout the whole process. Thanks!

So glad we started the compliance process with these ladies. We have been running our clinic for a long time and it is great to take stock and update policies and procedures in todays crazy world. The guidance and advice from HCPG has been invaluable.. recommend to any and every physio clinic

3 hours well spent in a small group zoom course with HCPG - working in Private Practice Part 1.
Dedicated time to set aside to think about policies. Time to discuss specifics with 2 ladies who really know the up-to-the minute latest on what we should all be doing. A relaxed approach and small group meant no worry about asking ‘silly questions’. Importantly I have a manageable list of ‘to dos’ and some extra confidence that I know where tweaks are needed to ensure our compliance. I also know where to go for further help - empowering. We are at the beginning of our journey with HCPG. We recently attended two courses run by Sarah and Sandra. The attendees were kept to a very small number on each course. This was really helpful as it meant that the group could raise questions which were specific to them in each case and the ladies were able to tailor their responses to specific situations, rather than generic answers. We came away from the courses feeling much more confident that the policies HCPG are helping us to create are suitable for our practice and we understand the thinking behind each one of them.

Their resources are significant and really helpful. Anything they bring to our attention, they have templates available in their store which meet the requirements.

I have now completed both parts of Working in private practice - these courses are well structured, very informative and extremely helpful for clinical governance. Thank you both

HCPG provide an invaluable resource and industry specific guidance for anyone in physiotherapy, but especially if you are running a private practice. Sandra and Sarah are utterly approachable for sound and honest advice with regards to all the industry compliance requirements. And excellent value for money too.

A big thank you again to Sarah and Sandra for helping us achieve a 5 star compliance again. I am not sure how we would have got there without you. Thank you for training the admin team to take over a lot of the responsibility (I would have never found the time for that) and enabling them to take ownership over some of the processes, which they thoroughly enjoy. Having achieved this now 2 years in a row, we have managed to put everything in place so it can just roll smoothly through the year and we won't even need to break into a sweat when the next yearly Audit is knocking on the door. As always, it is an immense pleasure working with you : )

As a Clinician who took over an existing business, I felt completely overwhelmed with all the things that needed to be done for us to be compliant with the HCPC guidelines. Sarah and Sandra have been a lifeline for me and my team, guiding us through what I needed to do step by step. Although I am at the start of this journey I actually feel confident that if we get chosen for audit, I no longer need to panic because I know we will have relevant evidence at our fingertips to prove our compliance.

Both Sarah and Sandra have been amazing at breaking down and helping me with my policy and procedures, like most practise owners it can be challenging to know where to turn to get this aspect of running your business audited and reviewed. I want my clinic to provide the best service possible for my patients and spending the time reviewing everything and immediately changing some simple things in my clinics was made much more logical and simple due to Sarah and Sandra’s help I would highly recommend their service!

Having recently completed two Courses with Sandra and Sarah at HCPG, I can thoroughly recommend their services. Both the Training on 'Working in Private Practice/compliance refresher' and 'Updated HCPD Standards of proficiency' courses exceeded my expectation. So if you are, like I was, fretting and worrying over whether your practice is compliant and whether you can meet the upcoming HCPC Updated standards, I'd strongly encourage you to book onto at least one of these courses and save yourself a lot of unnecessary angst!
I was reassured that I had many things already in place and now have a plan of how I can fill the gaps.

I am beginning my HCPC compliance journey with the help of Sarah and Sandra. Like others before have said, it seems daunting at times, but as these ladies say; 'you have a plan'. As a non-HCPC practitioner owning a multidisciplinary practice I have a long journey ahead but I am doing this for the care of my team and our patients. We will be stronger with the help of Sarah and Sandra (and a lot of hard work over the next year!) Importantly, I feel supported on this journey and I know where to turn when I have questions.

These ladies are slowly taking me through what seemed like an impossible task, while it seems overwhelming at times i know i just need to take it one step at a time.

I have learnt so much about the things i need to put in place that I was unaware of before and look forward to being someone who is i think the term they used 'unconsciously competent' where it is just the norm in my practice.

I would recommend them to everyone such a font of knowledge without judgement!

HCPG are an excellent company, and I cannot recommend working with them enough. Compliance is so important, but it can be hard to know where to start on your own. Sandra and Sarah will work with you every step of the way, and I feel so much more confident now. I have recently completed their compliance in private practice courses (part 1 and 2), and they were so informative, very thought provoking, and again I would really recommend them.
