Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company
Placed an order on the 23 Feb 25. Received an order confirmation after paying via PayPal. 5 days later still no despatch confirmation. Tried to phone HD Toner but the number given only goes to an automated answering machine saying to send an email. Sent an email with the response that they are overloaded with work and will respond later. Have now sent 2 emails with still no response. Second email went out 01.03.25. Today is 05th March and have still heard nothing and still have not received the print cartridges I paid for ! We call this company a Back Street Boiler Operation !
