worse service ever, bought a chair online and send totally different chair, after calling and sending multiple emails not even a single reply. i suggest avoid buying chairs from this manufacture. very disappoint will never buy anything from this company again.

It has been about 4 months since I bought this chair, and it's already useless...
The chair sinks down when it's not supposed to. I googled it, and it's a faulty air/gas canister, and depending on your chair, it's either a pain in the ass to replace, or in some rare cases not possible at all. Not to mention that every now and then whenever I sit in the chair a screw will randomly fall out and need to be screwed back in.
For over a hundred bucks it's a real POS. I do not recommend it...

The chair is really great, I am still getting used to it, its my first one. Very few complaints. The big one being the message pillow. Compared to how much they hype it up it is pretty disappointing, the wrong size, not much massage.
That all being said, the chair it self is great and they went above and beyond to get it for me. I would purchase a different model next time, but there will definitely be a next time!

I advise you to stay away from this company. Their chairs are terrible quality. I bought 2 chairs. One of them is the 300$ supposedly "top" chair they offer.

Parts are bad and don't match, parts are missing, and after 2 weeks of owning my chair is squeeking so loud all the time.

Unacceptable for a 300 dollar chair to start making so much noise right away. The materials are not high quality.

Go somewhere else to buy a better chair, these guys don't even offer refunds, and will only exchange your chair once.

I got the Orbit Series and it’s so 🔥🔥🔥 I love it. I had one of those cool ones you put on the floor but it hurt my a**. I was play the other night I fell asleep in it hahaha.

The first time I used my new chair, the wheels got stuck on an incline and it was a pain to free them. Fortunately for me there were some helpful folks online who suggested gently smiling at their dog or cat in order break whatever bond had been established between myself and this particular feline! As long as people are friendly enough with animals they'll usually respond well--and quickly- so don't be afraid of taking risks when adopting from shelters."

Brilliant experience and love all their products

I just received this chair and I put it together right away (some assembly required) :-) This chair, to me, is very well built. Sturdy construction and is easy to put together. Very comfortable to sit in. The recline ability is absolutely awesome and it has a foot rest.
Shipping was fast (ish) and HDCanada sales kept me updated all the way.
Would I buy from HDCanada again... Yes. In a heartbeat.
Would I buy this chair again... Yes. In a heartbeat.

the chair was easy to assemble, my only problem is that the chair is hard to move, I would rate it a 4.5. overall the chair is worth of the price

Great chair . Just wondering if washer go the wheel before they go into the base the chair does not roll on a hard floor wondering if that normal or if I need washer to help . Thanks

Didn’t know what to get my boyfriend and then I decided on gaming equipment, out of all the gaming equipment I found the white and black 1996 orbit gaming chair I purchased was perfect he loves it and loves the massage feature, money well spent! Thanks again guys, I highly recommend.
