Unresponsive

Sent them , from UK to France , my faulty hdd pcb to transfer its bios chips to the donar pcb which I had ordered with them . French postal service attempted twice to deliver my parcel to their company address but no one was there each time , postal service left them a note to contact to rearrange delivery . After 3 weeks the French postal service returned my parcel . I had emailed them several times at the beginning of the 3 weeks but they never answered . What a terrible company and I think it is scamming people .

You might never receive something back

Website looks legit, but: never ever send a HDD unit there! You will most probably never get it back. Website suggests that there are 2 men working. Only one seems to be real - he will first encourage you to send the HDD, but later will be reluctant to answer any email, and if not he will ask for patience. Phone inquiry or walk-in appearance at given address can be helpful. No english is spoken though.
