Avoid hdfc smart buy

simply sucks.Booked a flight.For changing dates airline is asking to contact agent.Smart buy refusing to help and asking to contact goibibo.Goibibo says no reservation.I booked with amazon and other providers and they take responsibilty.Smartbuy is pathetic

Useless bank

Useless bank. The entire staff should be fired. Their NRI & NRO department is the worst. After using banks overseas, dealing with HDFC is the equivalent of putting your hand inside a toilet. It’s full of you know what. Shame

Very worst service experience from HDFC…

Very worst service experience from HDFC Bank. They will provide you loan offer. But at the time of foreclosure they have not trained their agents what to say. I have taken a loan of Rs.1,00,000/-, but due to some reason I can't paid some EMIs. So that's why I had paid Penalty. But their telephonic recovery agents will behave you like you are a thief. They will call you from different numbers if you don't pick up their one call. They will call you atleast 50-100 times per day. Then I talked with the recovery agent whome I meet physically. In month of February 2026 I arrange money for foreclosure of my loan. Asked the agent that I want foreclosure of my loan account, so please calculate the foreclosure amount and I will pay that. He told me that give me sometime I will ask my manager and told you the full amount. He told me that you have to pay Rs.63,370/- for foreclosure of your account. I have paid it on 27th February 2026. Till April my loan account was not closed. Then I asked the agent through whome I taken loan. She told me that you have to foreclose it manually from MyCard application. Then It will be closed. So I raised the request. Then they charged Rs.2646.80/- more to close the account. But as per the agent's conversation I was paid Rs.63,370/- for foreclosure of my loan account. I don't think why I will pay the extra amount. As I have asked the agent to tell me the foreclosure amount. That is the fault of the bankers end. After receiving the foreclosure amount of Rs.63,370/- they don't close my loan account, why?
But they are saying that was closure amount. I think their recovery agent and branch doesn't know what is foreclose amount or understand 'foreclose' word.
This is very worst service experience from HDFC Bank.
So I am approaching every one please 🙏 don't take loan from HDFC Bank.

No Response From HDFC Bank,My amount…

No Response From HDFC Bank,My amount was mistakenly sent to another wrong holder till 45 days no response from HDFC Bank Directly went to HDFC Bank the employees are no response and Customer Care are also not responding 😞 worrest experience from HDFC Bank and my 30,000/- I lost

Please help me to recover my money 30,000/- please respond.

I want try to contact with customer care from 7 day .but not any person pickup up the call
I am very worry but pichle 7 dino se abhi tak meri problem ka koi solution nhi huwa bs mere account se balance debit ho rha hai .
Atlist customer care call pickup kre btaye kyu deduct ho rha hai .
Parantu koi call hi nhi Utha rha sabse ghatiya service hai hdfc ki .
Bs me is bank ko leave Krna chahta hu
Very poor service jiske pass customer cair bhi nhi hai apne customer ki problem ke liye .

After so many request HDFC helped me with nothing.I took a loan of 22000 from small finance bank. Against that HDFC charged me 78000 ECH return charges. It was my fault so I tried to settled it with HDFC I asked for a waiver/EMI option or any other ways but Shourav chakrawanrthy (PBA powai branch) is not ready with any options.. He don't want to help the customer as per him a Middle class boy like me make the payment in one shot. I will pray to god he will stuck in such case god will punish him with his each and every month salary.. after asking so many times he called me and his behaviour was very rude I have the recordings.. He was like he is the CEO of HDFC bank

HDFC Bank's services and customer…

HDFC Bank's services and customer support are an absolute nightmare! I've been a customer for years, but their app crashes constantly, net banking is glitchy, and simple transactions take forever to process. Forget about quick resolutions—calling customer care is pointless. They put you on hold for 30+ minutes, transfer you between departments endlessly, and the agents barely understand basic issues or speak clearly. Last week, my account was wrongly debited, and after 5 calls, they still haven't fixed it. Worst bank ever—stay away if you value your time and money!

Most Useless bank

Useless bank. Blocking my credit card transactions even though my limits set in the app are sufficient. Not to forget spamming useless messages on WhatsApp daily. And you cannot even mute their WhatsApp chat because they send important transaction unblocking messages there as well, along with their useless advertisement spam. Absolute garbage

I APPLIED FOR OPENING SCSS ACCOUNT IN HDFC BANK. ALL NATIONALIZED BANKS OPEN SCSS ACCOUNT WITHIN 10 MINITUES INSTANTLY OR THE SAME DAY BUT IT TAKES MORE THAN 2 WEEKS. MY SCSS AC COULD NOT BE OPENED EVEN AFTER LAPSE OF 2 WEEKS

Extremely disappointing experience with…

Extremely disappointing experience with HDFC Credila. It’s been 2-3 weeks, and the entire process lacked clarity and consistency, making it frustrating to deal with. During the application, there was constant back-and-forth on documentation, and it often felt like the information provided was incomplete or not fully understood by the representatives themselves.
Customers deserve clear, accurate, and complete guidance—especially for something as important as financial services. If executives are reaching out to customers, they should be properly trained and equipped with the right knowledge to avoid unnecessary confusion and delays.
Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience that needs serious improvement. He practical and real.

1.I recevied a call from no. 7617536395 on 29 March 2026 at 1:54Pm, I did not attend the call. Screenshot attached.
2. I again recevied a call from same no. 7617536395 on 29 March 2026 at 1:55Pm. She was discussing about Credit card, Kindly hear this call recording she is abusing me. She is telling she is from HDFC Bank. I request you take action on this number/person

Really really bad customer service

Really really bad customer service, the lady working at the bank she is very rude to customers.. she doesn’t even speak politely and whenever I go there she says it could not be done she doesn’t know how to work, who gave her job there? If she doesn’t know anything about banking

It is very unfortunate that the staff…

It is very unfortunate that the staff of a reputed bank like HDFC do not have complete knowledge about their own products and services. Instead of guiding the customers properly, harassing them by giving incomplete information puts a big question mark on the bank's service. The bank should train its staff well so that the customers' time and trust are not wasted.

I used HDFC smart buy for buying air…

I used HDFC smart buy for buying air ticket from Paris to New Delhi for travel on 9th Mar26 (booking done in Jan). Due to war situation, this got cancelled and am still struggling to get my refund. No one from HDFC Smart buy is there to respond and every time I am been told that we will get back. It pathetic and never expected this kind of respond from HDFC team
