Mera HDFC Bank account pichle 1 saal se cyber complaint ke chalte freeze hai (Gujarat / Kerala / Bangalore se).
Meri vinamra request hai ki agar complaint kisi specific amount par hai, to kindly sirf utni amount par lien mark kiya jaye aur remaining balance ko unfreeze kiya jaye.
Pure account ko 1 saal tak freeze rakhna bahut unfair hai. Is wajah se main IDFC First Bank ka loan EMI bhi pay nahi kar pa raha hoon.

Worst professional service particularly for home loan process. Relationship manager ( Mr Akash Maru ) for zundal Ahmedabad branch found to be misleading and was not knowing the meaning of customer as well as relationship. He is doing everything except customer and relationship. Don't know the process of home loan. So many difficulties experienced during my home loan process. I think hdfc should give thorough training for customer relationship meaning. Rude behaviour, illogical procedure not provided the xerox copy of sale deed any many more. This is 10% of overall complaints.

Mujhe Hdfc bank ne credit card de diya chutiya banakar, maine 14300 Rs loan liya +421 convenience fee total 14721 mujhe pay karna tha, fir inn salon ne faltu ke wallet load fees ke naam par 175 Rs aur add karke total 14896 charge dikha diye to mera dimag kharab ho gaya, fir maine dicide kiya mai ye 175 Rs kyo pay karu fir maine 14721 bill pay kar diya, 175 Rs pay nhi kiya, fir next statement date jab aayi to mere chithre ur gaye ye saale sirf 175 Rs jo maine pay nhi kiye the uspe inhone 959 Rs interest laga diye aur 174 Rs GST bhi laga diye, to mai behosh hote hote bach gaya ki inse bada bhikari puri duniya me koi nhi hai, aur mujhe ye nhi pata tha ki agar mai 1 Rs bhi due chor diya to ye saale pure amount par hi intrest laga denge.
Dekh lo ye bank wale aise hi haram ka khate hai jo bhi credit card le leta hai isiliye bhul kar bhi kabhi credit card mat lena warna baad me heart-attack aa jayega aur rona padega bahut😭😭😭😭😭

Worst banking service. Hdfc banking app is pathetic, tata neu hdfc app is very annoying. Even a 10th grade kid can do a better job. Loans include unnessary penalties which none of the other banks have. Cash deposits are a hassle. You cannot name 1 service from HDFC a good one. Very dissappointed.
Dont waste your time banking with HDFC - go to ICICI, their customer service is far superior.
So HDFC bank asks that I send an email from my hacked email address to update a new email address on my bank account. Does that even make sense? It takes them weeks to respond to a security threat of a hacked email address. Their so called relationship managers Subash Dubey and his supervisor Prabhakar take 2 weeks to respond and say that I have to now print all the details and send it to some address of theirs. Dont they understand that hacked email address are a threat? I could update my email address on ICICI bank without any issues and was able to do it my self.

I think this has to be the worst bank ever. They are worst than beurocrats. They expect me to travel 50 kms to visit the branch where the savings account was originally opened. And they expect both me and my old father to go there personally and sign the docs for closure of a saving account. Visiting a branch that is close to our home is not an option. This is after I tried in vain to get them to cancel auto debit on my account. They are plain evil.

I had a very disappointing experience with HDFC Home Loan customer service.
I approached HDFC for a home loan closure letter. Despite completing all formalities, the bank has already issued the closure letter twice, and now for the third time, they are suddenly creating new issues.
They are:
• Refusing to talk to my authorized Chartered Accountant
• Calling me a “third-party customer” without proper explanation
• Repeatedly insisting that my father must physically visit the branch, which was never communicated earlier
• Changing requirements every time, resulting in huge waste of time and mental stress
There is no coordination, no clarity, and no respect for the customer’s time. For a reputed bank like HDFC, this level of service is unacceptable.
I strongly advise anyone taking a home loan from HDFC to be prepared for unnecessary delays, poor communication, and rigid behavior, especially during loan closure.

I received a call from HDFC Bank…
I received a call from HDFC Bank representatives asking me to apply for a MoneyBack Credit Card through Unified. They requested all my personal details, which I provided, and I was informed that the card would be delivered by the 7th of this month.
Today is the 9th, and I still have not received the card. However, I am getting SMS messages stating that my credit card is now active. This situation makes me feel suspicious and worried that I might have been scammed.
I have tried multiple times to contact HDFC customer care, but I am unable to connect with them. This is extremely disappointing and reflects very poor customer service from HDFC Bank.

This is a public complaint and warning regarding the shameful, unethical, and harassing conduct of HDFC Bank’s Home Loan team.
From 15 November till date, we have been continuously misled with false statements like “aaj ho jayega, kal ho jayega”. It has now been over 3 MONTHS, yet there is no resolution, only excuses and delay.
This is not inefficiency — this is deliberate harassment.
Your representatives were sent to our office more than 10 TIMES, where instead of resolving the case, they occupied our office space and did their internal HDFC work, completely wasting our time and disrupting our professional environment.
Despite multiple internal complaints, HDFC Bank failed to act.

His name is Sriharsha Kurmala. If you ever get this agent immediately back off. He has ZERO knowledge and will not RESPONSE to any ask you have.
