Neon looks amazing!!
Neon looks great and I was thrilled they could recreate someone else’s design. Loved working with them to get just the design I wanted. Kept in contact and very customer focused.
It was incredibly quickly completed and delivered without damage to the neon piece.
Should have just screwed it into the wall instead of trying to use the plastic anchors. Overall though incredibly pleased.

Great product and customer service
I bought this for our wedding rather than hiring from one of the wedding venues partners (it was about 1/3 of the cost!) after checking the reviews on trustpilot.
They were really quick to respond to my question about lead time and after ordering it was here in 6 days.
There was disappointment at first as the sign was faulty but after a quick message they promised a new one would be delivered in time for the wedding and it arrived only 2(!) days later!
It worked perfectly and I was really impressed with the quality and it was a great addition to the wedding decor at the venue. Now we’re just trying to find a suitable spot to hang it at home.

Their sign I purchased caught fire and I contacted them to have it replaced. No apologies that it could have burnt my house down. They also trying to claim the sign is different to the one I purchased. I found photos on their website from reviews of the exact same sign as mine I bought from them. They are now ignoring me. I have proof of purchase, the original box still! Dirty lying company !! They claim their signs don’t get how and it was hot, claim they give 1 year warranty and they don’t! DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY

We do provide a one-year warranty, but sorry that the color and style of the photos you provided are not the same as our products, so we cannot provide you with after-sales service. In fact, every order will leave a bottom sheet before production, and the after-sales order is made based on this bottom sheet. This means the two flags should be exactly the same. When we received your message, We have notified the factory to re-make it as soon as possible. But when we received the finished drawing of the factory,we found that it was not the same as the style and picture of the product you sent, which is why we rejected the after-sales request for this logo. We will not refuse reasonable after-sales, which will make us progress. But we cannot accept fraud.
