There item descriptions are a lie for paramount movies like “Catch me if you can” they say the movie redeems in either Vudu or iTunes it doesn’t redeem at all on itunes there isn’t a option when you go to the paramount site the only option to redeem is Vudu. Also they double charge you if you pay through PayPal there’s either a bug with it or they have it set like that purposely and like the other reviewer says they refuse to refund. They double charged me and I had to get the refund through my bank.

This company is the worst. They sold me a code that gave me an error message when I tried to redeem it through the instructions they sent with it. I talked to others. They said go to the studio and try it and it will tell you when it was redeemed. I went to Universal, put in the code and it said it was redeemed in November 2023, 8 months before they sold the worthless, unredeemable code. I’ve been going back and forth with them for a month and they say they’ll make good, but do nothing. I had to escalate my PayPal claim to try to get my money back. They’re the worst. Don’t use them. They’ll take your money and leave you with nothing.

They sent me a used code. Followed up and got a response that they would send a new code within 72 hours. Its been 4 days and nothing. I've followed up a couple time. No response. Requested a credit from PayPal.

Paid for a digital movie code. Got the code. Went to redeem it. It does not work. E-mailed the seller about this and got an auto reply that they would either give me a working code or give me a credit. After reading about them at TrustPilot.com, I realized I made a bad mistake not checking TrustPilot.com first. Lots of folks have run after them after getting an invalid code, and the seller has been very non-responsive. I also figure, at best, if I get anything, it will be a credit. I don't want a credit. I want my money back.

Waited 3 days to see if the seller would provide me with a valid code. No response.

Filed a complaint with PayPal. It was approved, and I have gotten my money back.

Avoid this seller.

I must say I hate writing reviews. But, I bought a code, it was sent with a missing digit, and after 5 chaser emails they won’t respond. Silly really. It’s just a movie code, I guess they’re struggling with workload

Pretty good.
Got Scarface (one with Al Pacino, not the 32 one.) Code came quick. Though one complaint is it’s a picture and not a copy and paste. Though I guess it’s a good thing. The site offers PayPal and Amazon Pay. Use PayPal if you don’t feel safe putting a card in.

Terrible company. I emailed regarding a digital copy that I purchased. It was supposed to be an early release instawatch. However, once I received my link to my code, the email stated that the movie wouldn't be available until the 31st of May. So as a result I emailed them letting them know my concerns. It stated that their customer service replies within 24 hours. This wasn't the case. For that reason, I went ahead and bought the movie through directly through Vudu.

Once I finally got a reply from someone named Glenn in customer support. This person not only couldn't understand what exactly was going on, but they kept telling me to show them where I tried the code in vudu and what error message I got. I told them that didn't happen because their company emailed and said my movie wont be available to view until May 31st (on April 13). I explained I didn't even attempt it because of what their email said; I didnt want to be stuck with it. The guy is STILL asking for the error and why I haven't sent a screen shot of what happens when I try to redeem the code. I asked for my money back and even said if they just give me credit that will work.

At this point I told him I'll just dispute through PayPal and leave an honest review of how poor their customer support is.

Hi, i was lucky. I have ordered a good amount of movies from them and had no problem. But that situation was short lived. Ordered a pre-order movie and waited until date to receive. Date came they said they sent me email for code. I never received it. 5 emails and 3 days later still no movie code or a response. But i am getting 10% off on codes advertisement. What a joke!!!

I was hesitant at first but my first buy went great! Bought The Hobbit Trilogy-- (Don't judge me! ;-)-- code from this site for a much-discounted price and was able to access the content instantly on Vudu. Great service!

They are great to work with and have great prices

I paid for several codes. Emailed after hours of not getting the codes. They took the payments out of the bank account but not fulfilling the order. Not acceptable.

Their prices are awesome. Even better than what you can find on ebay. Great selection. Lots of new releases and some slightly older titles.

Amazing prices best service for UV codes. Only once have I had an issue in well over a year and it was quickly resolved. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family, in fact it's one of the few site I confidently send them to. Keep up the good work.
