I ordered the wrong weight bat
I ordered the wrong weight bat. I've called once outside of your business hours (first attempt) and twice during business hours only to have my messages ignored. I've also sent multiple emails attempting to exchange the bat for the correct weight, again with no response. I even explained I'd be traveling shortly and wanted this resolved prior to my trip... no response to this day.
What's most infuriating is that I'm receiving marketing emails several times a week. Get your act together headbanger sports! This is the first negative review I've ever left anyone.

Bought the Glove off of eBay
I bought the glove off of eBay.
They contacted me about the glove and I had no issues with any of that. While talking to the Rep I asked about the break-in service and we took care of that (super helpful Rep)The break in service was not what I thought it's still super stiff.
Probably should have gotten a 14" glove.
Super helpful Rep,easy process.
I wouldn't buy the break-in service,I was imagining a softer easier to use glove,I will get it there in a couple months.

We apologize again for the delay with your glove. As soon as we realized it was still with us at a tournament setup, we contacted you immediately, and at that time you were understanding and okay with waiting until we returned.
As for the glove break-in, we do have video showing the glove in what appears to be a well broken-in condition. If you are unhappy with the break-in service, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly and work toward a resolution.

The bat I ordered and paid for express…
The bat I ordered and paid for express shipping was not delivered by the time I needed it. Now having to try and refund the whole thing. The bat showed up 2 days later and that was even after the 2 day shipping I paid for. So a total of 5 days it took and my son’s birthday was over when it arrived.

Please note that the delay was not caused by our processing time. According to UPS tracking for shipment 1ZAC51570234653224, the package experienced a carrier transit issue after it had already shipped.
As a courtesy, we refunded your express shipping charges. If you no longer need the bat due to the delay, we would be happy to accept the return and waive any applicable fees for the inconvenience.
