Looks like the only people that enjoy…

Looks like the only people that enjoy their services are the customers, if you're a venue beware!
Don't sign up with them unless you have the money and man power to use the platform as much as possible, otherwise it's an absolute scam and they give no allowances should you be in any kind of financial distress.
I am being chased by their lawyers for over £1200 when I've not even gone live on the platform, they're preying on small businesses and reaping the rewards.
Shame on you guys! Hospitality is really struggling and businesses are going bust on a daily basis and you should be supporting not contributing to their demise.

From my understanding, there were complications regarding payment for access to our product, which is why access wasn’t granted. While we fully appreciate that every venue is unique, the terms outlined in the signed agreement—and the payment information provided during the purchasing process—clearly state that access to Lead Feed requires full payment at the time of confirmation. Once payment is made, venues can freely contact the available leads.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH… AVOID

You pay a HUGE amount for access to a dating app style feed where you “match” with potential guests.
You could spend every living hour on here matching with and contacting guests, won’t make a difference because barely anyone replies.
After hundreds of hours spent on this platform we have pulled in some events… but… no-one spends what they claim they will, often events require extra out of hours staffing or security.
In a nutshell, we’ve made a loss, due to the HUGE subscription fee.
To top it all their accounts team don’t know how to bill properly then aggressively chase you for their multiple billing errors from a year ago and aggressively threaten to cut your access (that you’ve paid for) if you don’t shell out to cover their mistakes.
Shocking customer service.

I would not recommend

I would not recommend. Automated searches that kept regurgitating the same venues regardless of the information I added. The price range for the venues was always out of budget. Venue scanner and Tagvenue are much better and have the personal touch that Headbox lacks.

Nowhere near recouping costs, let alone making profit

Headbox approached us and insisted that our space would be very popular. After 6 months of diligent daily pitching (and 100hrs+ of work) we are nowhere near recouping our costs, let alone making a profit. It could not come at a worse time for our business and Headbox have been extremely unsupportive and unreasonable in their response. I would not recommend them at all.

I would not recommend

As business, we paid £6k, many promises but nothing in return.
And if you show how bad the service is, they threaten to send their lawyers.

Fantastic venue search!

A big thank you to Mimi at Headbox for her recent venue search assistance. The brief I provided was specific and not easy to find in the Sydney CBD, however she nailed it! Not only does Mimi understand our requirements and clients, but she makes the whole venue search, visit and booking process stress free and enjoyable.

I really enjoy working with Mimi from Headbox

Having worked with her on a number of different events now, Mimi usually knows the vision I have and what to look out for in venues. Mimi is also very responsive and reliable! I really appreciate when she comes along to site inspections as she often asks the questions I forget to, or become useful for me later on!

Amazing as always!

Sara has been amazing! My experience with Headbox is always positive yet Sara totally exceeded expectation on this occasion.
Polite and professional and went above and beyond to make sure every was in place and that I was kept well informed throughout the process. Also, Sara very reassuringly reminded me often that she was always on hand to help with any questions/queries that came up.
Arranging an event can be a long and complex task, but Sara made it so much easier for me and the team that I am working with.
Huge thank you to Sara and I look forward to working with Sara and the Headbox team on the next event!
