Updated: Canceled order and they still sent the order
Ordered at Healer labs, however after seeing bad reviews for counrties outside GB decided to cancel 1 hour after.
No reply, nothing. after many days I get a confirmation that my order has been sent, suddenly the next day they reply to my email. It will be sent back and I will receive my money back once they have it. However shipping expenses will not be payed even though I have canceled many days before they sent same. I have sent many emails but I only got 1 reaction so far.
Update: They actually refunded everything after they received the order back from the carrier. After all, they were really kind and came through with excellent service.

Sometimes you get the right item
First order got the correct item no problem. Second order, got the wrong item! Tried emailing and calling but no response. Eventually has to get PayPal to step in and issue a refund as I didn't want the item they sent. Hit & miss

Order is not delivered
Update: After I had posted here, I contacted PayPal for a refund, and escalated the issue. Because they didn't even respond to the issue claim, I got a full refund from PayPal.
Order is not delivered, and no refund is issued.
I live in Germany, the item is held at the customs. I do not know why, and the sender is the one who can actually inquiry about the status or resolve the issue.
This has been going on for more than 3 months already! They are doing nothing, it is just a scam.

These stickers actually work and are the most cost effective compared to other brands. Unlike others these are non-comedonic and fungal acne safe. These treat several kinds of acne and help to stop picking which would normally leave scars. Thanks to these my skin heals in days instead of in weeks!!! These are a life saver for my problematic skin long after my teen years.

As a Personal Trainer, Healer Labs is my first choice when it comes to natural Testosterone enhancing supplements. I cycle with their (all in one) Tongat Ali complex and Lions Mane. For me these are a great alternative to anabolic steriods without the side effects.

Great as company as usual
As usual, I can't fault Healer labs. I have been taking the fat burner tablets for 5 months and I have seen really good improvements in the mid section coupled with a balanced diet. The Berberine tablets have a great balance of other nutrients that you can't find elsewhere.
I have been a consistent customer of healer labs for a while. Customer service are really responsive when needed.
