I ordered a LYMA Laser from Healf because I'm 12 weeks away from my wedding and wanted to tackle some facial scarring, so timing was really important.
Unfortunately, I noticed the parcel was being returned to Healf because the first line of my address was missing. I thought there was no chance I'd get it in time, but within less than 8 hours the parcel had been returned, my address updated, and it was sent back out via 24-hour special delivery. It still arrived on Friday as originally planned!
I can't say enough good things about the customer service team. Everyone I spoke to was so reassuring, knowledgeable and genuinely professional. They made what could have been a really stressful situation completely painless.
Honestly, if I could buy everything from Healf, I would. Outstanding service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I received the Boka nanohydroxyapatite toothpaste last week and it is fantastic!!! My teeth feel so much cleaner and smoother and I’m 100% converted to it!!
My dentist recommended I use this kind of toothpaste as a safe alternative to fluoride toothpaste and I really do find it better.
