I placed a recent order for face cream and eye gel (confirmed by email back from the company). Only one product arrived. I have called and left messages, left messages via the website and also emailed asking for the remainder of the order and have not had any reply in two months.

Loyal customer lost.

Stay away as awful/non existent customer service.

so i received an email stating that I'd made an account with them (which i didn't)
I emailed customer service to let them know their site seemed unsecure when i tried to browse to let them know
Never got a reply... be careful with them

I love Healgel products. I've used them for many years. Unfortunately I'm unable to replenish eye gel, at the moment. I guess it's a problem from Covid19.

Lovely products, bit pricey at £10 for 2 very small samples. Will still be proceeding to purchase as skin calmed and much improved.

Healgel Intensive is a go-to for all post surgery scar healing as well as soothing for my daughter's sensitive skin flare ups. Have just started using the Healgel Eye cream and so far very happy with results.

Ordered sample to try. Heal gel Intensive has worked miracles on dry skin underneath the eye area..nothing else worked!!
Will surely be purchasing the 30ml jar

I really love the product, and would buy it more frequently but unfortunately I have to limit myself as the HealGel packaging still includes polystyrene which is so unnecessary today. Come on HealGel management, change your ways and use shredded recycled cardboard instead. Once you start doing that I'll order more often from you and will be able to give you 5 stars instead of 4!

I tried an experiment, putting the cream on just one side of my face.

The difference was noticeable immediately. This really is a lovely product.

Cooling gel on recent scars. Too soon to tell healing nature of gel but soothes and moisturises. Hoping for good medium to long term results.

My daughter uses this on her hands which suffer badly from eczema and she says it give good relief and helps to heal quickly.

I first used Healgel following surgery and it vastly improved the scar and here I am again using it on the scar resulting from a hip operation. It is doing a great job and I don’t know of anything that works so well. It is also very useful for a myriad of other skin condition from pimples to sunburn. Amazing stuff.

So I have combination skin, rosacea, and the occasional break out. I have had the same skin care routine for months and while it worked well enough to keep my redness mild (at least mild enough to cover with makeup) it hasn’t done much for the dry/flaky patches that come with the rosacea, which the makeup only exacerbates. I have used Healgel for 3 days so far. And my skin is different. Completely. I have no holy grail products in my cabinet and have been let down time after time. But this is the one!! All of my dryness that I have been struggling with for months (despite using a very fatty oil at night as my moisturizer) is suddenly gone. My skin feeeeeels different. It’s actually got my mind blown. I don’t look reptilian after only a few days! It’s a miracle! I’m sold.
