I ordered a bracelet, the bracelet was never delivered. I have e mailed the company on numerous occasions with no reply.
I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied as I had ordered and received products I had been happy with previously.

I placed an order back in November for four bracelets, 3 have arrived. Numerous emails to chase up a delivery date for the remaining item have received no reply! Unsure what to do now as I have paid for them all and seemingly now have no way to contact them. Hopefully someone will reply soon, too late for the intended Christmas present though!!

I bought few bracelets and I was pleased with all of them so I even bought one as a present for my dear friend.

This is my third bracelet I have bought. I never take it off and have had to replace because I wore the leather to point of breaking.

Healing rock never disappoints. I bought two bracelets I loved them both. One was a present for a friend who absolutely loves hers! The other one was mine which I also love ☺️ will be buying some more.

3 of the earrings were perfect. However, one pair I didn’t like the design and one of the pair was also faulty. The drop stone was not attached to the top. Dissatisfied with this item.

Haven’t received my order yet it’s bern a month. Not happy

On the first day I wore my earrings the stone fell out of the finding. It is a very bad design. I emailed them and this has led to a lot of to-ing and fro-ing with no resolution. They asked for photos, I supplied them. They asked for proof of purchase, I sent them the email receipt for my order (apparently they don't have a record themselves!). Heard nothing so emailed them again. Still no response. So I am stuck with a pair of rather expensive earrings that I can't wear. Do we have consumer rights with purchases made online?? This company seems to think not. Been ongoing since October.

I have still not received my order and have sent repeated messages only to be told, after my first email, to "hang tight" and it will be with me soon.
I haven't received it, am disabled, and is going to be difficult to easily buy something else for my Daughter in Law.
This is why the two stars

I am extremely disappointed with the bracelet. It’s very cheaply made and doesn’t fit my wrist. I envisioned something a lot nicer… picture is a lot nicer and what I received. Something I will never be able to wear. This is definitely a buyer beware and a lesson learned.
